Assembler: this is refers to the individual, that has played role to put together piece of product,
raw materials to the production process and also assemble the finished goods while maintaining
proper record of them. They either use their hand as well as machines or tools that depends on to
the types of product. In this many of the person get the job on the basis of on-the-job training that
is provided by the company itself(Smolen, Aletaha and Redlich, 2012).
Workers: these are the one who has the responsibility to load and unload the products and raw
materials. And also responsible to perform the production belt operations. They considered in the
lower or operational level of the management. This position is require to put an eye for detail and
has the ability to operate equipment.
Machinist / operator: this is refers to the position where employees are responsible to operate
and maintain computer and mechanically – operated machines that are used to create the parts
for productions process (McQuivey, 2013). Also check the defects and maintain that for the
effective process without any interference in between.
Production managers : these mangers inspect the day-to day operations at manufacturing unit.
They ensures that production is processing and stays as per the schedule. Also fix the production
problems such as requirement of raw material and financial resources etc. recruitment and hiring
is also a duty of production manager.

the effective processing that provides an better quality and cost saving process that will support
