• Digital Disruption can be defined as the change that occurs due to new technology or
business model affects existing services or goods value proposition.

It affects the business in many ways and that impact be both positive and negative such as:
Positive-
• It changes the way business is done i.e. a new way of working is adopted so that business can grow.
• It helps the companies to enter into a new market with new rules and increases the competition as well.
• Transforms the way in which business deals with their customers i.e. it gives an opportunity to business to
establish a relationship with their customers in a different way.
Negative-
• Competition for the organization can increase.
• Chances of fraud, scams etc. can also increase.

• Questionnaire: It can be defined as a set of written questions with multiple choices. This
questionnaire is mostly used in surveys, statistical studies, interviews etc.
There are various purposes because of which a questionnaire is created and used such as:
• It is used to collect opinions of the participants of respondents.
• collect daily, monthly and yearly data. This data either be for a survey, reports etc.
• It also helps in increasing the speed and accuracy of any recording etc.
QUESTIONNAIRE AND ITS PURPOSES

• Sampling can be defined as a way of choosing a sample of few people from a population
for a survey etc. There are two types of sampling probability and non probability
sampling. For this Probability sampling has been used.
• Probability sampling is type of sampling where all the respondents participants in the
survey. Here, 5 employees of Google were asked to fill the questionnaire so this sampling
has been chosen.
• Advantages: increase accuracy level, high level of reliability etc.
• Disadvantages: time consuming, highly complex etc.
SAMPLING TECHNIQUES

• Industry sector chosen is Information technology sector.
• Position held by participants were: business analyst, data analyst, search engine
optimizer.

because of it jobs within the organization were increased, it has also improved decision
making process and it has also helped in increasing and improving employees skills.
• As per the participants due to digital disruption data within Google is saved in a more
secure manner.
