1. DBMS will be used when we want to store large amount of records that might be
unmanageable in the spreadsheet form and that task is related to a specific object. Also
we may opt use database management files in cases we want to maintain the records that
are ongoing or those that are used daily. We may use DBMS where our own information
is subject to vary or change May it be changing the address, price change or anything
else. Lastly is DBMS will be applied when generating reports on the basis of the given
information?
2. We do data cleansing before the data is stored in a data warehouse so that we can detect
and correct or even to remove all the corrupted, inaccurate and the duplicated data in a
database. The idea here is to alter the data in any given storage resource to make sure
that the data to be stored is very correct and accurate (Jacob, 2011).
3. A data warehouse is the collection of all related corporate info and the data derived from
all the operational systems and the data sources externally (Geek, 2006).

5. Intranet is that private network that can only be accessed by only the internal people who
are working within a given organization and its purpose is providing a vehicle through
which communication is liked to that of the WWW which pertinent to the organization.
Extranet is also a private network that uses the internet and other methods of

communicating in sharing their confidential and private data to other vendors whom they
are associated with, partners, related customers, other business firms and other companies
they might be collaborating with.

1. Global information system is any kind of an information system whose idea is
attempting to deliver the overall measurable information and data worldwide within a
context that is defined accordingly.
2. The resolution is the congress of US joining other economies who have advanced in the
approach of data protection where they are create single data protection framework. It
will be meaningful for federal regulations and rules in seeking the ways of resolving the
differences that exist between the federal and the legal rights and the responsibilities of
the state (CFR, 2018).
3. Models are just objects such as the use of tables, the views and the procedures stored and
their relations which is used when storing the data on the application on a database. A
good example is like the Entity Relationship model, model tree structures, models
specific application contexts etc.
4. This is laboratory technique used for testing how effective an antibiotics is to the body of
a human being through simulation where we use applications and the tech for
simulations. An example is the Accuracy of an Immunochromatographic Diagnostic
Test and the conflict sensitivity in ICT.
5. GIS can be used to capture, store, manage, analyze and visualize the geospatial
information that is needed and related to that specific location where we need to schedule
our classes. A good example is when a student is knew and have applied the degree
through online portal and since he or she have never been in that particular institution
then he or she can use a GIS to schedule the classes as it captures over 60% of what is
expected (Spring, 2018).
