Data Management
The primary data of the research is the data gained by the researchers through the surveys,
experiments and interviews conducted in the field. The information and the market of the project are
analysed through the primary data of the research. The primary data is the original data which is
collected by the researcher itself. The primary data in the project management helps the researchers to
get a deep knowledge about how the research will work in the market if it is implemented. The
secondary data for the project is gathered from the surveys, articles and researches of other people or
researchers on the topic of the project. Secondary data management is done as the information gained
through this data has been verified through studies, unlike the primary research. The verification of
the primary data is done by the researcher itself to prove that the data gained through researches and
surveys are helpful for the upgradations and updations in the project.

The ethic statements in project management are very important as it provides support to the individual
workers that the work in the research is done according to methods, and no one is harmed through it.
The general ethical principles in the research include honesty and integrity. There is no good of
stealing or copying the work of other researchers. It is a way of disrespecting your work and the
previous researcher’s as well. The work of the past researchers should be cited and stated in the
research properly to give them credit for what the work they have done for the particular project
system. It is also very important to maintain the standards of the research which are already set by the
previous researches. Also, ethically, the project management study for a particular topic states that if a
conflict occurs between the researches or between researchers, it will be handled ethically. Also,
policies of the university in which the research or project is being developed should be followed by

each researcher of that particular university. The human interaction done in the research to collect
various data should be done ethically. The interviews should be governed by the National Statement
on Ethical Conduct in human resource and also it should follow the guidelines for ethical conduction.
The personal information and the confidentiality of an individual should not be shared and kept
private according to the response received. If the community doesn’t allow the researcher to work on
the project in a particular area, then no work shall be done in the area of that particular community. It
is the duty of the researcher and the project team to be comfortable with all kinds of people as the
research is conducted in different regions and with a diversity of communities.
