INTRODUCTION
Data Modeling is a process or method for creating a data model to store large number
information in the database system. It is conceptual data model that represents in the form of data
objects and association between the different data objects. Data modeling technique help in the
terms of visual representation of data which enforces the enterprise rules, government policies,
regulatory compliance's on the data. This assignment will describe the different range of test and
development tools. This report will discuss about the current industry which accepted ICT
software and hardware products. Furthermore, this assignment will describe the features and
functions of mapper process and determine that what technique and process help in the logical
design concept. At last, this report will summarize the particular business domain of “The Burn
24hour Challenges” to find the strategic goals, organization chart, structure and annual report.

1. Range of development and test tools
Development and test tools are important concept in the business process that support to
check the overall functionality of software. Development team can use the testing tool to assess
whether software is usable, meet the goals and objectives, performed properly etc. It includes
other test management solution such as project management software, bug tracking etc, these are
applicable in the software that support and maintain the collaboration between developer and
tester. Tool help to monitor the testing activities and also analyze the results or outcomes
(Cosenz and Noto, 2018). The most effective solution to offer dashboard, reporting.
Testers are expected to be included with the developer from day when one developer also
expected to work with quality assurance during the testing tasks. There are different type of
testing tools used in the organization for performing task. It helps to create test cases when
worked with this Test Rail tools. It is user friendly interface and comprehensible button that
carefully through system of switching among the contiguous features.
Test Rail- this testing tool was developer by the Gurock Softwood company and also planning to
test the system. It is the most successful tool in the product testing. It is a web based test
management tools that can use by tester and developer to hold the testing efforts, manage and
track. It follows a specific centralized test management concept that help in communication and
enables rapid development.

that exists in JIRA and brings the best quality of test management capabilities to any JIRA
project. Tester mainly used the combination in two ways to provide the full services on the based
of functionality of test management tools.

products uses in the real time functionality wherever ICT product provide the real time service,

ICT hardware-

2018). Every hardware has performed different functions to maintain the flow of information in
proper manner. For Example- Local area network is a type of concept that can use variety of
devices in data transmissions. They also control their flow of data because it helps to control the
unwanted traffic in signals. Latest ICT used in this technological world is ICTDialer3.0 which is
mainly released with the replacement of plivo framework. It is a unique and complete solution
which consists of various features such as Mass, Voice, Sms, email and Fax broadcasting
campaigns. This version develops a website and exceeds the standard of users.
ICT Software-
Software is the combination of different programs that can use hardware to make system

programs in proper manner. It can be divided the software such as operating system, Ms office,

3. Features and function of process Mappers
Mapping process is usually based on the planning and management tool that visualize to
describe the flow of work. It mainly used the mapping software that shows as series of event to
produce a specific results (Takahashi and et.al., 2018). This process is also known as process
chart, functional diagram etc. It provides the business flows diagram that involves in the form of
business and different areas.
The purpose of this process in the organization to improve the efficiency and
performance. It provides the insight into process that help the team brain storm ideas towards
improvement and also increase the communication.
Functions-
In this process, the input data from the user passed to the mapper which are specified by
the input format. It is specified in the driver code. Every mapper deals with the single input that
