As per the database, the design is done for the Torrens University Australia. The student
has include attributes that are specified in the case study of the Torrens University. The database
design of the Torrens University includes details of the students who have enrolled themselves
for the course, the details of the course, and the details of the staffs who are associated with the
courses available in the university and the courses that are enrolled by the student. The student
has created four different entities for the database design for the university. The attributes that
the student has mentioned in the student details entity is the student id, first name of the student,
last name of the student, the date of birth of the student and the address of the corresponding
student. In the course details entity, the student has mentioned the course id and the course name
that are available in the university. In staff details table, the attributes that are mentioned are
unique staff id, staff first name, staff last name, date of birth of the staffs, and the contact number
of the staffs. In the fourth entity, the details if the attributes that the student has provided is
student details associated with the course. Each student has taken a course in the university and
those are mentioned in the student enrolled course. All entities are mentioned separately in the
Version 1 spreadsheet of the student. The student has also include data of 30 students in
university and all other attributes associated with the student details. Total 30 rows are entered in
the database file that has been uploaded by the student as per the requirement file.
The student has provide four version of excel database that is mentioned in the
requirement but. The changes that has been done in all the spreadsheet provided by the student.
As per the version 1 file, all data are clearly understandable. There is no error in the spreadsheet
that has been provided by the student. The changes in the sheet are colored separately by the
student in each sheet so that the reader can easily identify them. As per the data in the second
sheet, the student has colored the data that has been updated and five other rows has been added

by the student is denoted by other color to specify the changes that been done as per the
requirement file. In the third version of sheet, the student has added two different attributes in the
student enrolled course and that has also been colored separately by the student. In the last
version the student has again added five different rows as an input of the database.
I would like to specify that the student has wrongly named two files as version 3. The last
sheet would have been named version 4. There are many database book and online courses that
are available online and I would like to suggest them to the student to learn more new functions
for excel database. That would help him to gain more knowledge about excel database design
and the excel functions.
