Homework Assignment
AI Summary
This assignment encompasses several key areas of data analysis and project management. Task A involves data interpretation through tables and percentage calculations, including age and type distributions, and statistical analysis of satisfaction levels, including mean, median, mode, and standard deviation, along with scatter diagrams and regression analysis relating time and satisfaction. Task B focuses on statistical analysis. Task C presents a network diagram and critical path analysis, determining project duration and identifying the critical path. The assignment also explores the impact of activity delays on project timelines. Task D delves into probability calculations using the nCr formula to determine the probability of a specific event and interprets the P-value in relation to occupancy rates, providing insights into statistical significance and its implications. This assignment provides a comprehensive overview of data analysis, project management, and probability concepts, offering practical applications and analytical skills.

TASK C

2. The duration of project is 23 weeks. And critical path of project is defined as below:
Critical path
Path 1: 1 + 2 + 4 + 6 + 10+ 12 = 35
Path 2: 1 + 2 + 4 + 6 + 7 + 13 = 33
Path 3: 1 + 2 + 4 + 6 + 14 = 27
From the above calculation it can be seen that path 1 has highest value that is 35.
3. It can be found that if duration of activity A is 2 weeks then there will be delay in activity C
and E. this is because they are proceeding activity. So, overall project will be delayed.
TASK D
1. by applying formula of nCr the probability is P= 0.136.
2. In this the P value obtained is P= 0.136 that is less than P= 0.05. It means that probability of
occupancy rate of room may not be occupied during any week.
