Key trend and patterns in data
There are many patterns and trends in data which has been collected. It is found that
many residents complained about family visit practice in care home. But on other hand,
complaint of those essential practices which is followed in it where less. Similarly, ratio
between agree and disagree differed to a great extent. So, it can be observed that there is shift in
trend as negative answer were increasing as compared to positive one.
Along with that, it is found that there is change in trends as resident were preferring to
give positive answer to practices like room temperature, bed maintenance, activities, etc. hence,
negative response was less in them. also, in essential practice negative response was rising then
positive one. Therefore, there was change in pattern and trends within data.
Compare complaint data with resident data
Here, volume of both resident and complaint data differs. So, outcomes also varies of
these two data. however, there are some practices included in complaint data but not in resident
one. Hence, there is difference in percentage in it.
