Introduction
The main aim of the report is to provide a description of the utilization procedure of the
Enterprise Information Architecture in an elaborative manner for the main purpose being the
deployment of the system of e-Government in the United Nations. The report will also provide
a short description of all kinds of benefits which are obtained by using the design of Enterprise
as well as the information architecture of the enterprise. The report will help a lot to put
forward about the discussion about the path with the help of which the implementation of e-
government will be associated with the enhancement of several services of the government
which will come out as much better than the service processes of the government which are
conventional. After discussing about several aspects this particular study will also be providing
with a short description about all the benefits which will be drawn from the use of e-
government and how the UN will be able to get a number of benefits after the implementation.
There are three huge aspects which have been taken into consideration while discussing several
types of benefits. There is an approach which clearly elaborates the implementation of the
system. Several disadvantages or drawbacks have also been analysed as well as identified by
the system which has been approached within this particular study. There is also a presence of
a suggestion which is very much effective for all the developers in mitigating or solving several
problems which are identified during the implementation of the system of e-governance in the
United Nation.
Design of Intelligent Enterprise:
As per the case study which has been provided, a fact has been identified which
describes the implementation of the Intelligent Enterprise Design for bringing in a huge number
of benefits as compare to other systems of the government which are mostly traditional and
which are seen to be operating in the United Nations. Due to this particular reason, there is a
rise of a huge requirement for the utilisation of several functionalities particularly of the
Intelligent Enterprise Design for gaining the basic or rather the general knowledge as well as
concept of the Intelligent Enterprise. A number of studies are seen to be associated which are
capable of suggesting the main point that the Intelligent Enterprise mainly refers to the
operation replacement which the working procedures manly the traditional ones are seen to be
having by the implementing several technologies which are very much advanced. It has also
been observed that the Intelligent Enterprise along with the implementation of certain
technologies which are very much advanced is hugely associated by including very little human
interaction. This also helps a lot in providing a particular type of service which will be very much

of the government. Some of the features mainly involves the approach which is mostly citizen
centric, same infrastructure and interoperability along with several collaborated operations as
well as services of the business. The desired aim mainly involves the implementation of the
system which is citizen centric which will be associated with a number of offers and this return
will be further associated with the incorporation procedure of the internal and also with the
sources of information which are external. All these resources mostly involves all the
information which has been collected mainly from the population with the basic purpose being
the expression of the view point which will be further helping the government in enhancing all
the services particularly provided by the government. This is going to be done by utilising far
better process of the government’s decision making processes which will be helping a lot in
expressing the view point for clearly understanding all the requirements. The enhancement in
the process of decision making as adapted by the United Nations will be helping a lot to the

observed that in case of the government processes which are either traditional or conventional,
the government is not at all associated with involving any type of sources of information which
are external.
Processing of the data which are not structured
All those features which have been already stated are very much important and there is
also an association of the Enterprise Information Architecture which will be capable of offering
several processes for processing information which are mostly collected in form which is either
structured or unstructured. In the case of traditional data processing procedure, there no
feature which has been mentioned properly which considers the unstructured data to be a valid
information source Therefore, it can be clearly stated from it that in the case of a traditional
method of the processing, all the information which do not possess any kind of structure will be
ignored simply. Therefore the e-government implementation by the use of the Enterprise
Intelligent architecture will definitely help a lot in providing improvement to all the government
services as well as in the efficiency of working. All the several results or outcome which have
been obtained from the comparison the conventional system and the system which has been
approached will be helping a lot in understanding the basic fact there will always exist an
impact which will have a huge impact upon the e-government system’s implementation. The
main reason which remains behind this fact is that it is capable of providing effective solution
which addressing several identified problems. Hence, it can be stated that there is a huge hope
in the nearer future of the system of e-government in improving all the services which are
mostly provided by the United Nation Government.

organization. The huge facility which is mainly provided by the analysis of data is further
followed by a process of decision making which will be very much effective and there is also an
approach which is conventional towards the data processing where there is a lack of the
feature with the help of which data can be analysed on a large scale. The system which has
been approached possess a feature of giving decisions which are very much effective and this
totally dependent upon the collected data analysis. There is also a feature of the same
infrastructure which helps in information transaction with the sector of the government and
this can be considered as some other benefit which has been provided by this particular
approach.
Conclusions
It can be concluded that there are several impacts which are very much positive
associated with the process of working of the approached system of the government and this
involves data analysis, transaction as well as effectiveness. Depending upon the proper analysis
of the system which has been approached, it can be easily said that there are certain

disadvantages as well which are hugely responsible for having an impact upon the efficiency of
the work of the new system of e-government and all these drawbacks are related to several
aspects of the security of information, failures which may occur and collaboration of business.
Recommendations
There are a number of limitations regarding the security f the information and this is
very much responsible for protecting the obtained information and all these threats are faced a
lot due to several attacks which are totally external. Along with several factors related to
security, a system which is effectively collaborative which is to be utilised for an effective
collaboration in the work of all the ministers with that of the business is also some other aspect
which is very much important. Therefore, it has been recommended that a system is to be
developed will be very much effective and will be helping a lot in the enhancement of the
functionality of the collaboration. It can also be recommended that all kinds of limitations are
to be mitigated which are related to any kind of miss-conduction of technology having the
highest priority and the main reason behind this is that this may be an effect which will be
directed upon all the government services.
