Professional development is considered as a process in which the individual person
focuses on acquiring or maintaining the professional credential which provide necessary
opportunity within business organisation. In this assignment I want to become a database
administrator that helps me in boosting my career progression as well as development.
Therefore it is necessary for me to develop different kind of skill that is explained in this
report and overcome from different kind of issue in order to achieve that kind of skill within
business organisation to become a database administration. It also helps in achieving short
term as well as long-term goal and objective of me as administrator manager in future period
of time (Dwyer and Hopwood, 2019).
MAIN BODY
My main aim or objective is to become a database administration that helped me in
my career progression and development. Therefore it is necessary to have a knowledge
regarding the computer system as well as program for entering into this field. Therefore it is
necessary to have a certificate as a data administration for restarting my career in good way.
There are various subjects that are needed for becoming a database administrator such as
computer science, electronics and information technology as well as operational Research
and many more that help in achieving career within pre-decided period of time. Therefore,
there are various languages such as Java programming is available that helped me in
increasing my skill. And there are various skills that helped me in becoming database
administrator that help in boosting career progression in future period of time. It also assists
in achieving long term and short term objective towards career that is necessary for future
progression and development (Veltsos, 2017).
There are various skills which is required for becoming a database administration
which is necessary for me that such as excellent problem solving as well as analytical skill
here in I am focusing on having excellent problem solving skills that help me in boosting my
career progression and development. In my career work as a database administration it is
necessary for me to have a good problem solving skills that help in achieving my goals as
well as objective in pre- sided period of time. It is necessary to have a good communication
skill that helps in interacting with other person in an appropriate manner. It also helps in
completing my work in a team that helped me in performing by work or project in an
appropriate manner for working as a database administrator. It is necessary for me to have

good communication skills that help me in resolving the problem in an appropriate manner.
In addition to this, it is necessary for working in IT Department is it to generate as well as
maintain the strong relationship with its customers as well as colleagues that help in
maintaining good relationship with them. Therefore apart from these there is some legislation
which is implemented by the law such as the data Protection Act that is necessary to keep in
mind for protecting the useful data that is necessary for organisation when I have to work as a
database administrator with in business organisation. In addition to this there are various
skills which are needed to become a database administration that is like knowledge of
database query. It is necessary for the database administrator to have knowledge of database
query that help in resolving this query in an appropriate manner. In addition to this the
individual person must have a knowledge regarding the database theory that helps them in
becoming a database administrator in future period of time. The individual person must have
the knowledge regarding the database design which is useful in future period of time. Apart
from this there are various knowledge and skill regarding RDBMS as well as SQL which is
necessary for becoming a database administrator and it also help in career progression as well
as development (Malyuga and Orlova, 2016).
Therefore there are various languages which help me in achieving career in timely
manner. There are various languages which is provided by the college such as Java
programming that is helpful in career progression as well as development it gives me a
knowledge regarding the work of database administrator which is necessary for performing
the job as a database administrator within business organisation There are various program
which is performed by the database programme in order to perform the technical work with
integrity as well as security. They also focus on establishing the requirement of user and
provide access as well as security to the individual person to perform the work in an
appropriate manner. They are considering both backend job as well as front end job that help
in career progression as well as development. Therefore my main objective is to build a
career in database administrator that helped me in my career progression and development
(Rosselot-Merritt and Bloch, 2020).
There are various subjects which is learn by me such as computer science, operation
research as well as information technology which help me in performing my work as a
database administrator in future period of time. Due to this it also helps in becoming a data
secure as well as prevent the different kind of losses which is necessary for performing the
work. It is also help me in identify user. It is necessary to have a knowledge regarding subject

for operating the database is in an appropriate manner without any kind of error. Through the
knowledge of subject, it is good for me in making as well as bringing the modification in
relation to database structure which is required. The subject knowledge is also helpful in
merge the old database into new one that is helpful for me in future period of time. In
addition to this there are various additional skills which are required for database
administration such as data modelling and database design, back up recovery and showing
Data integrity and many more. It is necessary for me to have capability to generate
appropriate design in relation to database from logical model of data. It helps me in data
modelling logical design as well as in modernization and many more. Apart from this it also
help me in implementing proper database backup as well as recovery tactic that is completely
depend upon volatility as well as availability of needed application. Then there are various
other kind of skill that help me in designing database that provide accurate as well as
appropriate data that is helpful in future period of time.
My interpersonal skill is not too good so that I am focusing on increasing my
knowledge and skill in relation to the interpersonal skill that helped me in interacting with
other person in an appropriate manner that help me in boosting my career progression as well
as development. In addition to this, I am also able to analyse my strength and weaknesses for
carry out my work in a good way that help me in taking appropriate decision which will be
helpful in future period of time. My main focus is to overcome from the skill which is needed
to improve my career in future period of time that must be helpful in my career progression
and development (Lim, 2018). In addition to this my communication skill is not too good so
that I am decided to focus is on my skill that helped me in interacting with other individual
person in good manner. Therefore my main focus is to improve my communication skills that
helped me in communicating with other person in an appropriate manner. Therefore my main
focus is to realise my extra skills as well as overcome from the skill which is needed for
becoming a database administrator. And therefore I am starting focuses on improving my
communication skills that helped me in interacting with other individual in an appropriate
manner. It also helped me in learning or acquiring innovative methods for accomplishing
goals as well as objective in a timely manner. It will also assist in boosting my career level
according to my ability, knowledge as well as competence. The superiors as well as teachers
also provide me support in order to increase my communication skill and also they provide
reviews or feedback on my skill as per level of performance. There are various teacher which
help me in completing my project that is related to the Java programming which is helpful me

in performing work as a database administrator that help me in career progression as well as
development.
I have to start to focuses on overcoming from this skill by learning more and more
about these skills to improve. The superior helps me in increasing my skills that is required
for the post of database administrator. In the organisation it is necessary for me to have good
communication skills in order to attract with the member of team at workplace. It is also
helpful for me while I am working in a team and performing my work in an appropriate
manner (Brusakova, Kaznacheev and Perova, 2016). There is various short term as well as
long term goal to become a database administrator such as my short term goal is to complete
the technical training from the well reputed company in order to achieve opportunities that
help me in career progression as well as development. The other objective is to find
immediate job that help in increasing the experience level in future period of time. Apart
from this there are other goals such as I want to complete my training as a technical manager
in the well-reputed company that helped me in providing more and more opportunity in
future period of time. On the other hand my long term goal is to accomplish the designation
in any MNC company in which I find a platform that help me in giving knowledge regarding
various kind of technology on continuous basis. The technological knowledge help me in
resolving the issues in relation to technology in an appropriate manner and it will also help
me in becoming a good marketing engineer in future period of time.

knowledge regarding Java, PHP that help me in my career progression as well as
development. It is necessary to have a knowledge regarding the programming in order to
operate the particular company in future period of time. It is necessary for me to decide
which kind of career I have to choose such as database developer, management career,
technical career as well as other career goal that helps me in designing database in an
appropriate manner. In addition to this my communication skill is not too good so that I am
decided to focus is on my skill that helped me in interacting with other individual person in
good manner. Therefore my main focus is to improve my communication skills that helped

knowledge by taking appropriate training session in computer system that help me in
