About the organization
Epic video is a newly developed Australian Company that has implemented new business
strategy for online video streaming purpose. However with the present functioning the
organization has faced several issues. Therefore it is essential to transform the organizational
function into online business processing so that it can provide better details towards the
customers. Thus the main focus is to create a new and improved customer onboarding system so
that it becomes easy to enhance the efficiency offered with the modified system.

The developed system will allow the customer to provide their details effectively so that
this data can be used at the time of buying a product. All the necessary data will be provided

within the system at the time of buying the product. The different attributes that are essential for
developing an enhanced customer onboarding system includes payment, customer,
subscription_details, view product, order, fix-it_item. Each attributes has been implemented with
proper multiplicity and relationships so that it becomes easy to understand the entities.
Subscription details needs to be entered effectively within the system so that it can offer better
way of performing the activities. The important method for customer attribute includes register
(), edit details (), makepayment(). On the other hand Fix-it team includes resolve () for the
purpose of fixing the issues faced by the customers. Customer will first focus on viewing the
products along with the product details after that the order will be placed. The payment attribute
has been designed with verifydetails() so that each data before processing the payment can be
determined successfully. Customer are allowed to make payment online by selecting the type of
cards and should enter card details. Based on the needs of the customers they are needed to select
the subscription id and the date from which the subscription will be made. It is expected that with
the use of this system it will become easy to provide service towards the customers. This will
also ensure that proper support has been offered towards the organization and each data has been
stored successfully within the system. Online transaction needs to be made after providing all
necessary data and will ensure each enter data is authenticate. This will avoid discrepancy at the
time of making payment. Fix it team has been implemented within the organization for the
purpose of providing support towards the customers and will ensure that every issue has been
resolved quickly so that customers can achieve better benefits.
The main purpose of implementing an online system is to ensure that the system is made
accessible towards the customers and are able to maintain proper reliability throughout the
system. By converting the organizational activities into online business it will be able to provide

cost efficient structure and the delivery of products can be made efficient and faster. It is
expected that the suggested structure will be able to meet the needs of the customers and will
ensure that all business activities are managed effectively within the organization and the
transactions are made efficient. The performance will be enhanced with the implemented
structure for the organization.
