strategy for online video streaming purpose. However with the present functioning the
organization has faced several issues. Therefore it is essential to transform the organizational
function into online business processing so that it can provide better details towards the
customers. Thus the main focus is to create a new and improved customer onboarding system so
that it becomes easy to enhance the efficiency offered with the modified system.

determined successfully. Customer are allowed to make payment online by selecting the type of
cards and should enter card details. Based on the needs of the customers they are needed to select
the subscription id and the date from which the subscription will be made. It is expected that with
the use of this system it will become easy to provide service towards the customers. This will
also ensure that proper support has been offered towards the organization and each data has been
stored successfully within the system. Online transaction needs to be made after providing all

time of making payment. Fix it team has been implemented within the organization for the
purpose of providing support towards the customers and will ensure that every issue has been
