Access is not suitable to save large data. There is storage constraint as it is not meant for large
database. Also, security is not very high in case of MS access. It can easily be cracked. Access is
not meant for Client server application. It is file server database.
Personal database is meant for storing small database whereas corporate data can store any
amount of large data. There is no size constraint. Personal databases are only client based

whereas corporate databases are client server based. No procedures and triggers can be used with
personal database whereas on the other hand, in case of corporate database and procedure and
triggers can be saved and run at any time. Corporate databases are more secured as compared to
personal databases.
