Database System Design Project

This project details the design and specification of a database system for customer billing. It outlines the data flow through different departments (Invoice, Accounts Receivable, Order & Shipping) and presents three scenarios with varying customer inputs and resulting outputs. The outputs are shown in tabular form, illustrating how overdue payments affect customer accounts. An Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) visually represents the data flow and relationships between entities within the system. The scenarios demonstrate how the system handles on-time payments, 30-day overdue payments (with a 2% penalty), and payments overdue by more than 60 days (resulting in blocked shipping).
