restaurant’ business process of a restaurant. Kitchen Table is 19-seat U-shaped table around a
cooking station having multi course menu of small European dishes provided to customers for
satisfaction of their wants. For this, in this report business process map of selected business
process has been developed, important decisions being taken during this business process, ways
in which it can be digitally transformed, information/data management systems that can be used
for running selected business process, need of database and big data, intelligent tool that can be
used for selected business process, ways in which it can help business and its implications on
