Pain effects every person in Unique ways and it is based on the several physical factors like age,
physical strength etc. Mr David’s lower back pain is also causes because of his old age and tissues
damages instances. I think pain is directly related with central nervous system of the patient
because of thalamus process, which processes the signals and transmit the signals to the central
nervous system. However, that is the reason behind the pain of elder people. In elder people, this
type of pain is general in compare to other adult age group people. To remove this type of pain,
Non-steroidal and anti-inflammatory drugs are more effective and can be frequently prescribed
by the health practitioners. However, the drugs were prescribed to Mr David were not as effective
as other drugs such as Non-steroidal and anti-inflammatory. However, by prescribing NSAID such
as Paracetamol can be effectively used in such circumstance to reduce the pain of Mr David.
