INTRODUCTION
The essay will include argument related to the topic whether death
penalty should be reintroduced in UK for helping in lowering the crime rate. The
other thesis statement which will be covered in the report is Some cities in US
and UK have passed laws establishing Curfews for young people.

Death penalty is also recognised to be as capital punishment. It is basically a legal
infliction of death as a punishment. During the ancient times, it has been applied
to wide variety of offences. Death penalty is punishment when a legal authority in
the nation puts an individual to death for committing a serious crime.

The death Penalty should re-introduced in the UK to help lower
crime rate
According to the view of Sen (2018), capital punishment assist in
eliminating the worst criminals from the society. The author also states that death
penalties should be re-introduced as it proves to be much safer for people than
long term incarceration. He also stated that dead criminals can not commit crime.
As per the opinion of Delso (2018), Government should reintroduce the death
penalty, as it will be helpful in preventing as well as controlling the crime rates.

in UK to bring change in law and find other ways for reducing or controlling the

Argument related to imposition of curfew on Teenagers
Some people stated that curfews are required in order to keep young criminals off
the street. According to few authors, new curfew legislations will assist in solving
more complex social ills such as inability of parents to control the activities of
their children. Authors have also stated that curfew will helps in preventing the
innocent children from becoming victim of drive-by shootings and other adult
violence.

There are few scholars and authors those who belongs to young age
perceive that curfews are not required as people already arrest youth and brings
them to school. They have also stated that police also charge fine of 500$ from
the parents for the crime or offences conducted by their children. Some youngster
have also stated that majority of the crimes are conducted by adults as compared
to youngster. It has been argued that curfews makes the youngster feel angry,
powerless and force them to lie.
