INTRODUCTION
In order to develop competency aspects in the contemporary market scenario, every
individual is enhancing the scope of learning and development. This is also vital in terms of getting
more opportunities for personal and professional growth. I have developed the study on my own
experience level and there in I have discussed the ways which I have undertaken for the purpose of
managing my job roles in international business organization. In such respect, I made this study so
as to describe all the skills that I have learned while working on global level. The study is highly
beneficial for me as I have demonstrated my own capability as a decision leader. I have been
working with retail entity which has many branches all over the world; thus generally I get the
opportunity to work in different global market places.
MAIN BODY
I have been working with the retail entity from last 3 years and since the company has
diverse projects; therefore I am responsible to move to different places for managing my job roles.
In generalized term, I can say that in order to manage business in effectual manner, one must have
to develop varied skills and capability for overall adequate business management. Since, I have
worked in many countries; therefore I realized the value of considering cultural aspects in job roles.
I have seen how people consider value of cultural aspects and how they manage their work
processes through cultural norms and beliefs.
I have acquired knowledge on various things and I came to know that every individual must
have confidence to represent own views in front of others. While working on global level, I have
learned many skills and competencies such as the way of interacting with new people, ways of
managing things and style of communication. While working on global level, I have communicated

Being a global leader, it is my responsibility to listen others also so as to come out with
suitable decisions. Hence, I always hear point of each and every person so that they may not feel
demotivated. One of the most important aspect under leadership is that leader must have to consider
viewpoints of other followers and in decision making system, leaders must involve respective
followers and employees. I came to realize that I have involved people in decision making process
which gave a sense of motivation to them and which also encouraged them to be more confident.
However, I have also learned that presentability skills matters a lot to the individual for the

have observed this in many cases where leader fails to meet the expectations of others because of
autocratic nature.

challenges regarding languages which worked as barriers for me. Because of language difference,

My followers used to have same sort of issues in which they were also unable to
