INTRODUCTION
Decision making is a procedure of creating alternatives by identification of judgment, collects
information and considering alternative solutions. With the help of step by step process, decision
making can able to help an individual in order to make more deliberate and considerable
decisions with the help of organization of appropriate information and defining substitutes. It is
basically an integral part of modern management which can be described as a course of action
that specifically chosen from various alternatives in order to achieve organizational goals and
managerial objectives (García-del-Barrio, P., Becerra-Flores, N. and Schröder-Aubert, J., 2019).
It plays a vital role in the planning procedure. For any specific task, managers plan to decide the
matters in which they will fulfil all assignments according to the set ambition and purpose of the
firm. This report will highlight the discussion on the given topics in detailed manner explaining
the reasons to support evidences and concepts from the readings or related experiences.

1. Regression analysis on sports star
Regression analysis is a kind of statistical practice or method which has been utilised in order to
settle on the significant factors that affects the final results of any event. In the case of sports
gambling this kind of practice is usually done with the help of multivariate linear deterioration.
The final outcome agrees on the part that the most crucial aspect to winning the game was
transiting effectiveness (Coppens, & et.al., 2021). The objective of this study is to evaluate the
concept that whether the elite athletes live longer than us normal people living in society? In
overall manner, it has been identified with the suggested evidences that methods available within
and between sports have considerable effects on the whole lifetime longevities of players. It is
because of their better health related habits in comparison to general people living in society.
Across all age groups it has been determined that former elite athletes stay alive for longer span
of time than general public because the constructive effects of physical actions along with leisure
sports on health have been fine inspect and are well confirmed (DeFroda, S.F., and et.al., 2021).
Engagement of regular physical activities helps in order to reduce the risk of overweight
and obesity issues within individuals and assist in order to maintain a healthy body weight. That
is why it has been seen that athletes are having more of perfect body shapes rather than any other
people. The people who do not do exercises on daily basis having more chances of fat body

which could cause serious diseases including hypertension, high blood cholesterol, diabetes and
many other issues due to which the chances of reduced life has been generated. From various
researches it has been proved that physical fitness and physical activity are interdependent upon
each other and thus reduces the risk of cardiac arrests or related diseases in most efficient
manner. The another aspect of having an effective evaluation about the longer life of athletes is
that they have healthy food habits in their daily practices which also helps them to survive for
longer duration of their life time. They includes carbohydrates in their meals which is the initial
fuel for most types of exercises and most crucial or significant nutrient for athletes in order to
make them perform better in their tasks (Harmon, K.G. and Wilson, M.G., 2020).
With the help of inclusion of carbohydrates, their body runs more efficiently and
smoothly in a balanced manner along with involvement of high amount of rich protein and
balanced fat which helps them to build their body structure in most effective manner. However,
they highly prefer carbohydrates over any other vitamin or protein as it is the key source of
energy among athletes due to which they are able to do heavy exercises and maintain their body
for longer duration of time which also ultimately enables them to fight against health issues and
thus helps to sustain their life for longer duration of time than any other non athletes person
(Shrestha, 2020). As there are various researches have been done in order to provide the result
and final outcome related to this issue is that the people who are more towards the inclusion of
healthy habits of eating healthy food in their daily life along with inclusion of exercises in their
day to day practices, they are more likely to live for longer duration of time (Klein, A., Krane, V.
and Paule-Koba, A.L., 2018). Due to this reason, it has been somehow proved in efficient
manner that elite athletes live longer span of life than general public or people who do not gives
emphasis on their health in comparison to the athletes.
2. Data Management
Many business organizations accumulate data of customers for diverse business purposes. With
the help of artificial intelligence, organizations are able to capture data of people in order to
analyse it and use it for the betterment of their business activities (Hannan, & et.al., 2018).
Collected data has been utilised in various purposes which also includes better understanding of
day to day operations, making their business decisions in more informed manner and thus
learning about their consumers’ interests through which they are able to perform their tasks

according to the fulfilment of the needs and desires of consumers (Terroso-Saenz, F., and et.al.,
2019). There are various types of data that has been collected by business establishments such as
personal data which includes personal information related to their name, address, account details
sometimes and many more.
Another is engagement data which includes text messages, mobile applications and many
others. Along with above two, behavioural data and attitudinal data also have been collected by
the firm in order to make their operations effective (Jensen, Pedersen, & Thomsen., 2017).
However, it has been analysed that the collection of each type of data is not always safe for the
customers as it includes various kind of risks. Risk related to the collection of personal data
describes that in order to collect and handle somebody’s private data requires high amount of
security system but it is completely dependent upon the firm and the kind of security system that
has been utilised by them in order to handle such significant information and thus sometimes
fails in order to fulfil the expectations and breach of data has been occurred due to which
majority of losses have to bear by innocent consumers (Lee, I., 2017). Data collection comes
with greater accountability or responsibility of organizations as it includes sensitive information
of others. It is very unfortunate to accept that the risks that has been incurred within the
procedure of data collection can never be completely eliminated but with the involvement of
certain practices and effective decision making while sharing information with others or business
organizations, one can able to secure themselves along with the data to breach and spread
towards wrong people hands.
As per the evidence and the saying, it has been evaluated that there are certain data or
information that never be collected by establishments in order to complete security measures
such as address, family members information, vehicle information, passwords, credit status,
work status, salary package, social security numbers, passport information, Driver’s license
number, insurance policy details, loan details along with numbers, credit card and debit card
numbers, PIN numbers, bank information, personal videos, vacation details, personal locations,
personal images and many other data that comes under the consideration of personal data
information which effects one’s life and the breaches of such kind of important information have
the ability to ruin someone’s personal life in drastic manner (Molina-Solana, M., and et.al.,
2017). However, the business institutions collect the data sometimes for the betterment of the
customers only as in order to resolve their issues.

But it has been highly recommended for the enterprises to not collect the personal
information of customers for any kind of survey purposes or for irrelevant terms which increases
the chances of breach of data in easy manner. And if the data collection is required than they
should invest in higher and valuable security system through which they are able to protect the
data in most secured manner. Thus collection of data is also comes with the great responsibility
to secure the collected data so that it never affects anybody’s life in negative manner or creates
issues and losses for any person (Ni, J., Zhang, A., Lin, X. and Shen, X.S., 2017).
3. Team work and decision in business activities
Most of works done at Google in many establishments is done collectively by teams in effective
manner in which the generation of various innovative ideas collects and tested by each individual
in order to evaluate its effectiveness within the practical workings within the organization (Jasri,
& Rahim,. 2017). The structure of any team is dependent upon the task interdependence, status
of the firm and the tenure of the assignment decides the capacity of any team. The proper
completion of tasks in appropriate manner defines the effective team and thus describes the team
work in most suitable way through which the ultimate goals and managerial objectives has been
achieved by the managers of any organization. Aristotle project on Google is a kind of tool
which helps the firm to foster psychological safety needs (Fountaine, T., McCarthy, B. and
Saleh, T., 2019).
Out of various other dynamics of effective team, scholars identified that psychological
safety is the most important dynamic which provides complete satisfaction in order to work
effectively within any team (Galli, & Kaviani, 2018). In order to make an effective team within
any firm, managers have to take certain measures with the help of certain steps which includes
focusing on the roles and responsibilities of individuals, value each other’s roles and viewpoints,
communicate effectively or in proper manner, set achievable goal, celebration of success as well
as failures and take them in most positive manner and know each other’s in order to give respect
to their perception of thinking can helps them better to make effective teams within an
establishment through which they are able to complete their assignment sin most appropriate and
timely manner (Lagazio, C. and Querci, F., 2018).
It is definitely true that the world’s best companies rely highly on effective teams for
their basic running of the firm because it includes various benefits to work in a team rather than

on individual basis. It helps in order to enhance workplace productivity as many people help
each other to eliminate problems in effective manner rather than one individual. For instance, in
production industry, work structure is extremely important to complete the task within stipulated
time frame. Working within teams enhances the products and service quality as it removes
variation and generates reliability and consistency among the process of production. It lower
down the cost of production as structured teams are able to resolve the problems in
comparatively lesser period of time and required less supervision (Tench, R., and et.al., 2017).
Teams actively encourage each employee to create harmony among employees which results in
effective problem assessment along with their solutions which encourages employees to work in
proper manner.
Within structured team, employees are able to accomplish big and complicated tasks or
assignments in most suitable way which provides benefits to the firm as well as employees also
which also helps them to boost their motivation, morale along with satisfaction level at the
workplace. Working in team also creates an environment in which different employee are
looking after for similar kind of problems which results in coming of various solutions. A team
can able to review various innovative ideas and put them all together in order to find final and
effective solution to the problem that comes during the tasks (Vu, M.C., Phan, T.T. and Le, N.T.,
2018). It also helps in order to build personal bond among employees which are good for the
firm as well as for the employees to make them feel happy and satisfied within the workplace.
