Background of the study
The creation of appropriate decision making conditions within an organization is a crucial
and very sensitive step that should always be given the first priority in almost each and every
organization that is known to be working hard towards a specific direction (Hofacker &
Belanche, 2016). According to research, many organizations have not been able to put much
focus in the way they are capable of making decisions pertaining certain issues that they tend to
encounter almost in their daily experiences. Due to this, issues involving poor decision making
processes across different organizations has been taking place at a higher rate over the past years
(Ferris & Judge, 2016). Additionally, one of the major factors that have been able to contribute
towards these poor decision making processes across these organizations is lack of appropriate
and well experienced leaders who are well versed with how leadership strategies are capable of
working within an organization. As a result of this situation, this research is therefore focused
towards highlighting some of the important benefits that are likely to emerge when a lot of focus
is directed towards the side of side of appropriate decision making (Birdi et al., 2016).
Additionally, building appropriate and reliable environmental conditions within organization in
order to allow quite a number of important decisions to be given the first priority requires the
collaboration of various personalities both at the internal level of the entire organization together
with its external level (Huang et al., 2016). In most cases, the external level will involve a full
participation of the customers throughout the entire process. Just like developing good;

Importance of appropriate decision making in an organization
Making of decisions within an organization is an important function of the management sector in
an organization simple because it is spread all over to various management activities within an
organization’s boundaries. Interestingly, it is always required in almost every sphere that is
known to be existing within the organization (Godey et al. 2016). As a result of this, the
importance of decision making when it comes to issues associated with business management is
very necessary in almost all the organizations. At the same time, even some of the basic
functions that are attached to management cannot always be performed without including

Helps in the determination and achievement of various objectives- One of the basic
operations to establish and to operate any given business is to make sure that all the goals
and objectives are achieved in a reasonable manner (Järvinen & Taiminen, 2016). The
determination of objectives in itself appears to be a high level of decision making process

of modalities are always decided according to the objectives (Katsikeas et al., 2016).
Leads towards an appropriate utilization of all the available resources- Normally, the best

resources of production sustainability normally depends upon the effectiveness of the
entire decision that is made within a particular organization. If all the decisions are more
practical and essential, the maximum exploration of different types of resources together
with the reduction of different conditions of leakages will be quite easier to handle.
Moreover, the level of productivity may also be scaled up to the next level.
Execution of different forms of managerial functions- The making of different types of

management functions. There is no activity that is likely to be carried out within any
organization without a proper implementation of decision making across various sectors.
Due to this, decisions making is crucial for nearly all the activities that are being
undertaken within any given organization and as a result, all the management functions
are viewed to be totally dependent on different aspects of decision making (Saunders,

Approach to data collection
In order to make sure that accurate data is appropriately collected, this research proposal
aims towards making good use of quantitative data analysis. The entire analysis will majorly
depend on the use of statistical data to carry out certain comparisons and even go as far as
predicting different situations in relation to how they are likely to take place in the coming
future. Additionally, depending on quantitative data analysis, this will provide one of the best
opportunities for the research to be able to carry out certain comparisons of various variables and
be able to determine how they are capable of relating with one another (Nestle, 2016). At the
same time, the research will also made good use of a wide range of ethical considerations most
so when gaining access to different targeted groups of personality. This is a strategy that majorly
aims towards making them feel that they are safe as much as possible during the entire research
processes. On the other hand, each and every method of data collection that is attached to the
research will be given the first priority where all the steps associated with all these methods will
be carried out in a systematic manner without making any assumptions regarding how they
should be handled to come up with a certain results. Moreover, the whole research will also be
aiming towards carrying out its operations according to the required rules and regulations
thereby making sure that order are well maintained right from the beginning of the research up to

during the analysis process to fully determine the entire outcome of the research. Random
