Introduction
The aim of this report is to present a theory on the delivery of a successful education or
training on ‘Decision Making Systems’ software as it needs various aspects related to the
successful delivery of the training. A new implementation of system within the existing system
of the Google will be needing a training/education program in manner to maintain the efficiency
of the project. The purpose of this report is to put emphasis on the objectives related to the
successful delivery of the training program and this needs various project management tools and
techniques in manner to deliver the project successfully. Planning the project or project-planning
can is the very first activity for every project and this report presents the Gantt Chart, and WBS
representation of the activities included in this training program. This report also presents the
scheduling and Budgeting of the training program through using MS Project.
Google
It is a multinational technology company that is contributing in make the world a better
place through presenting internet-relatred products and services. Google is developing software,
hardware, cloud computing, machine learning search, and many more IoT devices that is
benefitting the world. Various official products and services are also being offered by the
Google. The whole organization is comprised of 73,992 employees around the globe and
implementing decision making software will be needing proper education and training on how
efficiently accomplish the tasks.

Project Objectives
To deliver the training/education program on ‘decision-Making systems’ software
successfully to the employees of Google
To ensure that planning is efficient and effective throughout the project life cycle
To express the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders before and during
execution of the project
To present a critical path for the delivery of the project
To schedule the budget of the whole project
To measure the quality of the project through quality plan
To measure the risks that might arise during the execution of the project using risk
register
Project Team and Their Roles
There are various stakeholders involved in this project and these stakeholders can be
divided into two groups namely, internal and external stakeholders.
Internal Stakeholders
Participants: Their role is to participate in the training program and gather knowledge in
manner to enhance their capability of deliverables. It is the reponsibility of the participants
(employees of Google) to take participate in every meeting and provide attention to the
knowledge and skills those are being delivered in the training program. “Slack time” during the
training and enhancing the promotability and employability are the responsibilities of the
participants.

Trainer: Trainer’s role is to provide training to the Google’s employees and improve their
exixting skills about the desicion-making software in manner to improve the efficiency of the
employees alongwith the application of software. It is their responsibility to enhance the
knowledge and skills of the employees and application of the software with complete efficiency.
Participants’ manager: To manage the whole project, a project manager role is very
crucial and shjould be given importance in manner to deliver the project successfully. Project
manager is responsible for managing the team and their roles within the whole project.
Resource Manager: Aranging the resources needed for the training/education program
will be delivered by the manager for example system, venue, projectors, demo software etc. It is
his responsibility that the needed resources are available for the whole training program.
Technology manager: Technology responsible will manage all the technical resources
such as wires, mic, screens and other technical tems. It is his responsibility that all the
technology is available during the execution of the project.
Project Stages and Key Deliverables
There are various stages involved in this program that includes project planning, project
execution, project evaluation, and project closure. Project planning includes the scheduling of the
activities, budgeting and risk estimation those have been indicated in the WBS chart presented in
the below project. Project execution includes the roles of the resource manager, manager, trainer,
and other stakeholders and focuses on delivering the training to the employees of Google on how
to use decision-making systems software with complete efficiency. After delivering this phase,
nest phase focuses on the project evaluation that can be represented as the quality management
and feedbacks gathered from the employees and the trainers. This includes monitoring and

controlling the stakeholders, their roles and responsibilities in the project. This also focuses on
how to motivate the participants towards the achievement or the goals projected by Google.
Following are the key deliverables of the project:
Detail schedule: It covers all the activities and tasks involved in the project, roles and
responsibilities of the individuals in the project, and the critical path those have been depicted
through the WBS chart and Gantt chart.
Budget: Budget has been presented related all the resources involved in the training or
education program for the represented software.
Constraints or Assumptions: Assumptions has been made that after the training and
responses gathered about the training there will be not any training or education program again
and the whole project will be executed only once. Risks in the project, Change Management
Strategy, Project Quality Management, and Project Kick-Off are the key deliverables of this
project.
