relevant marketing strategies keeping alignment with consumer requirement and market demands
(IQMS, 2015).
It is important to hire proper technological experts to control and monitor this upgraded
information system. Careful handling of this data support updated information system is
essentially required to assure its long-term sustainability. Moreover, training must be provided to
all existing employees to be adaptive with the use of updated information system to track a
change in marketing trends.
Considerations will be made to adopt these new systematic changes to make information system
flexible for market trends. Three reasons will be provided why capabilities of new product
offerings should not be incorporated in the initial decision support system (Memarzadeh &
Pozzi, 2016).
Sustainability of information system to track latest product offerings, considerations, and
inefficiency of initial information system
A significant change in product offering has been witnessed in the past few years. Consumers are
becoming more value-driven instead of product packaging. They are seeking top quality products
at reasonable prices. Moreover, they want proper decorum in consumer behavior. Thus, the
information system of business organizations must be capable enough to adopt this change in
product offerings. The ethical maintenance of sustainability in the information system includes
keeping records of consumer’s product preferences, understanding of consumers buying
capability and getting knowledge about consumer’s socio-cultural biases. The information
system must be efficient enough to record all these potential changes in product offerings. Thus,
ethical maintenance of sustainability in the between information system and potential changes

assures competitive advantage to business organizations in the target market and makes
information system adaptive with changing trend of market (Hashemi et al., 2016).
It is not easy to adopt this market change and reshape information system keeping in accordance
with this change. Proposed ideas for adapting the systematic change are; incorporation of
updated technology, monitoring, controlling and evaluating data gathered new product offering
data through that upgraded information system and arranging training sessions to keep
employees updated about new marketing trends and utilization of cloud based information
system (Song, Li, Yang, Semakula, & Zhang, 2015).
The latest information system has capabilities to adopt new marketing trends. Several

Considerations include the adaptation of data-driven information system, document-driven
information system and communication-driven information system. These considerations are
effective ways to record, monitor, evaluate and decide marketing decisions for business
organizations. These considerations are impactful to make information system flexible to adopt
new changes in product offerings and marketing trends. The effectiveness of all four
considerations of upgraded information system for new product offerings is mentioned below.
The data-driven information system has capability to store all records regarding consumer
preferences, buying capabilities and present trend of market demand. This can be impactful for
business organizations to promote their strategy making process keeping alignment with new
marketing changes. The communication base on information system keeps communication with
target consumers to track all their current requirements and present buying capabilities (IQMS,
2015). The document driven information system is impactful in managing all consumer
assures competitive advantage to business organizations in the target market and makes
information system adaptive with changing trend of market (Hashemi et al., 2016).

promoting decision-making process for a business organization to adopt current change in
marketing trends and product offerings. Apart from that, a cloud nosed information system can
also be impactful to track all latest product offerings and marketing trends (Azar,Bouaynaya &
Polikar, 2015).
The IT department of the business organization must take initiative to incorporate this updated
information technologies. Staffs in the IT department must be efficient enough to understand
detail uses of this technological equipment for information system. Moreover, performance
development program can be arranged for IT staffs of this organization to make them adoptive
with this new systematic change. This information can be effective to promote decision-making
process for business organizations. Apart from that, human resource department of that business
organization must be effective enough to monitor this performance development program and
analyze efficiency of IT staffs (Laudon & Laudon, 2015).
The initial information system was not capable enough to record all updated marketing
information and product offerings. Initial information system fails to track changing course
ofconsumer preferences and its accordance with product offerings. This system was not efficient
enough to store a large amount of consumer day and marketing trends. Moreover, the data
analytical process in that information system was time-consuming. Thus, it took a long time to
analyze latest details of product offerings and marketing trends. Apart from that, the recorded
data in the initial information system was unsecured and there were threats of data theft.
However, the present information system is a cloud-based information system where all data
