One of the key issues that I have identified in initiating the discussed business plan is the
issues of group formation in the organization. This is due to the reason that each group members
in the group are belonging from different social backgrounds and qualifications. Thus, they are
having different expertise and approaches in resolving an issue. Thus, the formation of the group
has gone through various restrictions. For instance, one of the group members is being allocated
the job of marketing and sales. However, the approaches initiated by him in implementing the
marketing strategies are not being matched with the organizational structure and strategies. Thus,
a clash of issue originated. Moreover, another issue in the formation of group that has been
identified is the lack of coordination among the team members. It is been noticed by me there is
a chance of having lack of coordination among the members from different departments. This
will cause hindrance in achieving the organizational goals and objectives. Due to this reason, I
have initiated training programs to train the members about the importance of the coordination in
the organization. This is due to the reason that, for instance if the human resource department
will not coordinate with the marketing department and vice versa, then it will be difficult for the
human resource department to determine the requirement of the marketing department from the
employees. Thus, it will cause in hindrance of the marketing activities of the organization.
Hence, the training program is being expected that it will reduce the barriers in the formation of
group.

group will have diverse opinions for a certain issue. Thus, it will be difficult to accept the
opinion of a particular member by rejecting the opinions of others. Thus, according to me, the
consensus in the team should be maintained from the initial stage of the group formation. It can
be initiated by reflecting the merits of the opposing views in the team which will help to reduce
the resistance force among the team work. Moreover, the consensus decision should be taken in
such way that it will meet the aspirations of all the team members. According to me, if the
aspirations of all the team members can be met effectively, then it will be easy to maintain the
consensus among the team members.

From analyzing the issues that can be generated and the factors that should be considered
during the management of the team activities, there are various insights that have been gained by
me. One of the key insights that have been gained by me is selecting the team members
according to the requirement in the organization. This is due to the reason that, if the requirement
of the organization and the qualification of the employees cannot get matched then it is obvious
that the interest of the employees and the organization will get clashed which will eventually
restricts the achievement of the organizational goals and objectives. Another insight that I have
gained is the effective determination of the requirement of the market. This is due to the fact that
majority of the contemporary business organization, issues are being originated from the team
and it is quite normal. However, the system for conflict resolution should be effective enough in

effectively fulfilling the expectation of the customers in the market. Thus, eventually it will be
enable the organization to achieve their goals and objectives more effectively. In addition,
effective fulfillment of the customer requirement will help the organization to generate
competitive advantages in the market.
