Introduction
The report is regarding a venture investment by the Tourism Company: Sun and Surf
Company. The purpose is to understand the nature of Tourism industry and how a business can
grow in a competitive environment. There are wide options available in the market to go with. In
order to create a difference, it is important to provide with those services that will create a
significant market change. I have chosen Sun and Surf Company as a tourist package provider. I
found wide options of tourism venture and products that are available in the industry. In order to
understand the Tourism industry, I conducted an individual analysis into the Australian Tourism
Industry. The core activity of a tourism company is defined to signify needs of the customers. A
structured planned is provided to define importance of a significant market player in the

research into the Australian market and how a company can grow. The best way is to develop an
effective marketing plan and strategies. It is only possible by creating faith in the customers. As a
start-up, it is a tough task to attract investors to invest for a business. This report will help me in
planning out a real business proposal plan. The report provides with a concrete plan to
understand different business situation and work accordingly. The purpose of the report is to
identify the needs and requirements of different tourism venture in the market. The report was
prepared in a team. There were certain issues regarding coordination of work. In a large team,
there are certain disagreements and clashes due to a difference of opinion. Each team member
was given a definite role. He has to do research according to the definite business structure. The
data was later compiled in order to form group opinion. The report taught me to work in
coordination with a team.
