to an organization which they can adopt in their structures. The management styles will help the

The report is based on an organization, Deliveroo. It is a British multinational company
which is engaged in the business of delivering the food from restaurant to the customers. The
company was founded in the year 2013 by Williams Shu. Deliveroo has successfully managed to
open up their stores in around 200 locations across UK, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, Netherlands
and much more. Currently the company is focusing upon making a string network of restaurants
and various kitchen so that they can offer more varieties to the customers. This report discusses
about the management styles, culture, organizational structure, leadership styles, power, conflicts
along with the various types of motivation the organization adopts or exercises.
