Background to the management problem
The organizations are faced with various problems, within the organizational conducts. One of the
major issue that all the organizations, in the globalized world, are faced with, is the problems
related to Diversity.
There are various diversity related problem, that these organizations are faced with, some of
them include, conflict among the employees regarding the cultural gap, problems related to
gender diversity, especially related to the gender ratio, problems related to discrimination, also,
workplace harassments especially among the women. One of the most important problem is the
problems related to communication within the workplace. There is often seen to be a
communication and language gap within the organization structures.
Until now, many researches have been conducted to deal with these diversity related problems
within the organizations structure. Various researchers and market analysts have proposed and
identified various factors that affect the communication structure, practiced within an
organization, and further have reflected upon how these communicational gap impact upon the
organizational conducts and how they may impact upon the profitability of the organizations.
Identification of the management problem
For the assignment, the chosen organization is Deloitte. Deloitte is a consultancy, which
essentially works in advisory programs, audits and tax services. It is one of the major
organizations, however, there are certain problems related to the organizational conducts of the
company. The company is faced with serious communication problems, and there is a
communication gap between the employees and the managerial board, and there is also a gap
among the employees. The company essentially deals with auditing and provide consultations,
and takes care of the tax related dealings of other companies. Therefore, it is essential that the
organization includes a diversity approach. However, as according to the current situations, thje
company is facing serious communication related problems.
Research question
The research question, therefore, considered for this assignment is, what are the
communicational related problems that are perceived within the organization? How these
communication gap impacting upon the organizational conducts?
