of the company has enhanced the company to reach a new level of innovation in the
technological field. The implementation teams of Deloitte has a well planned structure
leading to the programs to be executed for the clients from all over the world. These teams
deal with the successful as well effective implementation of the cloud systems in the servers
of the company (Sullivan et al., 2016). The successful implementation of the cloud
technology for the implementation of SaaS has enhanced the company to meet up with the
four capabilities:
The resource planning for the enterprise: The model of operations, the process of business
as well as the design of technology has well supported for the adaptation of the cloud system
for the technologies like SAP, NetSuite, Workday and Oracle Cloud as well as the solutions
for the supply chain management.
The management of Customer Relationship: The operational model as well as the design of
technology is to support the primary adaptation of the off premise solutions for handling the
cloud customers.
