INTRODUCTION
This report will critically analyse the various elements influencing the business
operations or activities within the Deloitte organisation. Deloitte is a company consisting around
ten thousand devoted professionals in various independent firms. These firms or companies are
spread across the world with collaboration to provide consulting, audit, tax, risk management and
other related services to their customers. All these firms are members of Deloitte Touche
Tohmatsu Limited, UK private company limited by guarantee. This report will critically analyse
all the macro and micro factors affecting the operations and objectives of the Deloitte
organisation. The report will analyse and identify all the external as well as internal factors
affecting the performance of business or organisation. The report will also identify the strengths
and weaknesses of Deloitte as well as their impact on decision-making of the organisation.
