the kind of chronic disease. Thus, it can be said that there are various differed faces of dementia
and it is very typical to diagnose. There is only one way to diagnose dementia is to having
complete autopsy of brain. In addition to this, (Johansson and et.al., 2017) states that this is the
kind of terminal disease in this individual live for the period of 3 to 9 years after diagnosis is
done.
Thus, it can be said there is one way to diagnose dementia is that, this is one of the mini mental
status exam which is provided effective care to the patient in the manner as cognitive function
level. In this exam patients will be asked several questions as patient orientation, memory,
naming and reading. According to the view of Lorenz and et.al., 2017Physicians often faces
difficulties in relation to diagnosing dementia because it is the kind of screening tools which are
not very specific or have limited time with the patient. If the symptoms are not able to identify of
the disease during this period.
As per the view of (Melhuish, Beuzeboc and Guzmán, 2017) This disease is shown to take a
great physical and emotional care is need to be provided on the person suffering, their family and
their caregivers. Hence, there are some Cognitive disabilities such as to be most enabling health
conditions for the elderly because it makes them extremely vulnerable and dependent on others.
Due to this they face typical situation and suffered person get emotionally weak. In contrary to
states that Dementia is accompanies with various kinds of problems as are social behavior

emotional control, and motivation to thrive in life. In this it can be said that this disease is often
unrecognized by the both patients, family and healthcare personnel. Thus, (Melhuish, Beuzeboc
and Guzmán, 2017) states that in this kind of disease patients require to have extra care so that it
can be cure if its possible. In addition to this, it can be said that the changes in the behavior of
person cannot be seen by the family and healthcare agents as they think the changes in the
behavior or person are due to their aging process. According to (Melhuish, Beuzeboc and
Guzmán, 2017) states that the dementia is one of the chronic disease and it is need to be reported
by person at the initial level so that effective measure can be taken in towards it. As per the view
of (Ray and Mittelman, 2017) To work towards to have dementia diagnosis, it is very essential
for the physician to ask the several questions to patient about how they are doing in order to
managing their every day activities, such as bathing ,shopping, eating, having improvement,
paying bills, cooking, dressing, and attending appointments. This step can be done effective with
the help of asking of history of patients and frequently talking about their lives so that corrective
action can be identified.
In addition to this, (Melhuish, Beuzeboc and Guzmán, 2017) states that there is need to conduct
lab taste in order to diagnose the dementia and it will be inclusive of things as compete blood
test, thyroid functions test, B12 test etc. Thus, it can be said that there are differed kinds of

find out the best solution. Deductive approach has been also applied for summaries the study,It
allows researcher to analyze the information and solve the problem. Primary data collection has
applied for collect information about the subject (Silverman, 2016). In this primary data
collection, researcher have collected the information regarding negative impact of dementia on
population and how to improve the quality of care for people with dementia. Sampling is another
important method in the investigation. Researcher have selected 10 patient of Dementia health
issue in the Acacia care home.

Interpretation and analysis: From this table it has been found that in the survey majority of
patients age is 35 to 50 year old. From collected information in the survey it has been analyzed
that from 20 patients of Dementia, 10 respondents age is 35 to 50 year old and 5 respondents age
is 25 to 35 year old. Thus, from collected data it has been found that there are majority of people
age is 35 to 50 year old.

Interpretation and analysis: From this table it has been shown that in the survey there are 10
male and 10 female patients. The collected data includes views, opinion and suggestions of the
patient regarding the dementia disease. From this collected data it has been analyzed that there
are equal numbers of male and female patient who have dementia health issue. Thus, it has been
analyzed that there are equal males and female patients who have dementia problem in the
Acacia care home.

Interpretation and analysis: From this table it has been shown that there are many respondents
that have idea and knowledge about causes of dementia health issue. From the 20 patients of
dementia, 15 respondents said yes as they have idea and knowledge about causes of dementia
health issue. On the other hand, from 20 respondents, 5 patients said no upon the same statement

analyzed that there are numbers of patients in the acacia care home who have knowledge about
the reasons of occurs dementia health problem.

Interpretation and analysis: While the question has asked in the survey regarding which kind of
dementia among the patient then many of the respondents said that they have Alzheimer type of
dementia. From the survey of 20 respondents, 10 patients said that they have Alzheimer disease.
