INTRODUCTION
The research will be focused on Dementia policy form government, relevant with
charities and pressure groups which will be developing primary as well secondary information in
format. Dementia has been emerged as one of the widely known disease among older people,
where UK has vast percentage having strong impact with high rise among medical cases. Report
will be presenting findings in form of questioners to analyse varied responses and get accurate
data from all results.
Research diary
While working for this project i prepared timetable from starting to synchronise my
schedules properly, further generate profound results at accurate time periods which have further
enabled me with building higher informative results. Research diary enabled me to decide on my
research horizons effectively, take accurate decisions as per time, functionally and also stay
motivated towards attaining time periods at specific goal oriented domain. I decided my research
question on 19th January, 2021 and created own set of data collection method which enabled me
to generate specific time developed results accurately. I further used various healthcare books,
sources to get accurate information from varied sources for my research and also enabled me to
potentially get varied aspects of accurate knowledge.
The research on healthcare also motivated to play stronger role in accurately getting my
results, professionally generate specific knowledge towards varied findings which helped me to
enhance my career. Further, i submitted my proposal on 19 th January, where i was focused to
keep up with time benchmark to keep up my competent efficacy active within longer run
professionally. I further sent my questionnaire on January end, where i was able to research from
varied sources of data within online platforms also. I later started analysing data form 10th of
February where i was able to use varied knowledge and expertise towards my findings
effectively within report research, gain information about varied aspects and also operatively
expand my working operatives effectively. My research took time, where varied challenging
situations enhanced my confidence and motivation level variedly towards functional innovative
writing thinking scenarios. I analysed my data used within project with high scale usage of
keeping up active goals, where reliable knowledge towards attaining my results helped me to

yearn focus towards gaining accurate performance results. I submitted my project on 1st march,
where it enabled me to get high work record effectively, generate academic integrity within my
performance horizons and also motivated to develop competent performance. While working on
online questioners, within research i was able to interact with varied participants actively and
also generate specific functional scope towards enhanced performance results in my growth.
This worked on professionally within my career to keep up my research skills active, enhance
my creative and analytical skills active towards varied professional horizons and also indulge
towards gaining accurate results.
The report also functionally motivated to get varied performance targets professionally
within set growth benchmarks, by which my growth towards untapped scenarios was worked on.
Later i was also able to indulge in new range of efficacy parameters, by bringing on technical
growth towards operative domains .The research helped me to gain knowledge on healthcare
aspects, medical science scenarios and also functionally generate stringent focus within best
researching skills along with specific time management. My time management skill, decision
making skills were accurately enhanced within research project completion which later in built
my confidence to gain results informatively. I gained supervision form my mentors for project,
which also motivated to be optimistic towards gaining accurate analysis on my results and later
generated specific time frame working goals.
Literature review
As per the views of Ford amd et.al., (2021), Dementia is general term for loss of memory,
language, problem solving and other thinking abilities which are severe impacting people
thinking abilities profoundly. Research on Dementia also explains Alzheimer’s is most common
cause of dementia, where behaviour and ability to perform activities in daily activities are widely
impacted. Dementia affects mainly old people where around 50 million people suffers from it
and there are around 10 million people have dementia and there are 60-70% of cases. This is
also major causes of disability and dependency among older people worldwide where there are
physical, psychological, social, economic impacts where research explains varied scenarios
impacting. Dementia has significant social and economic implications in terms of direct
medical and social care costs, and the costs of informal care among people, within UK.

Another author Hossain. and Mughal (2021), explains Dementia is overwhelming for
families of affected people and for their health conditions where physical, emotional and
financial pressures causes great stress to families and careers. People with dementia are
frequently denied the basic rights and freedoms available to others. In UK physical and chemical
restraints are used extensively in care homes for older people. Where medical appropriate and
supportive legislative environment based on best accepted human rights standards are required to
ensure highest quality of care for people with dementia.
As noted by Shannon and et.al., (2021). UK health policies explain dementia is
syndrome where chronic and progressive nature cognitive functions, with ability to process
thoughts and thinking learning capacities are impacted. Consciousness within impairment is
commonly accompanied where deterioration in emotional control and social behaviour aspects
are hurt. Dementia is another major cause of disability and dependency among older people
within UK. The social economic aspects developed towards patients within treatments, explains
UK policy in healthcare has been positively enhancing medical reach.
As illustrated by Greig., McManu. and Fear (2021), Dementia patients face forgetfulness, losing
track of time and become lost in familiar places where middle stage connects forgetfulness and
also there are recent events which impact on life standards UK policy within healthcare also
explains treatments facilitates behavioural changes where this also enabled people to get proper
treatments. The cognitive aspects within diseases has been also analysed as functional scenario,
where functional efficiency is good for imperatively bringing on new range of efficacy horizons.
Early diagnosis enables to promote optimal management within optimizing physical health and
cognition activity, well being identifying medical health policies effectively within longer run.
Research methodology
Research type: Qualitative type research can be understood as method where data are researched
and presented in theatrical way, which is also easy to understand effectively. The quantitative
research on other hand is figurative in way where, data are analysed in numerical format which
enable to get to accurate data. Quantitative data is typical to understand, where this is also on
other hand brings on accuracy among findings actively. For this research quantitative research
will be used among data findings, which will enhance competitive diversity of findings actively.
(Ciocoiu, 2018).

Research Philosophy: The positivism research philosophy believes in true fact s which are
currently in environment, where accuracy is developed informatively and also generates
functional efficacy horizons. Interpretivism refers to gain knowledge of world where it rely on
interpreting or understandings which enables to analyse research effectively, which also further
connects efficacy in research. For this research interpretivism will be used actively, which will
also further connects to fundamental aspects informatively for stronger diversity.
Data collection: Primary research can be understood as research where data is collected form
first hand sources which are accurate, directly connected within findings and also bring on wider
scale functional transparent information. Secondary research are based on aspects where sources
are second handed, and also there are varied scale sources used within online web based
information. For this research primary research method is used to get accurate information.
For secondary research information will be further worked on by analysing aspects by
journals, articles and also keeping up with accurate information for gaining detailed functional
growth. The primary research will be presented with mixed methods qualitative and quantitative
aspects, where questions with closed end responses , interviews among people with questions
and open ended responses.
Sampling: The sampling will be done in form of random sampling where there will be 10
employees taken in sample, which will provide effective varied functional targets of research to
communicate findings effectively. Also it will enable us to get research done in accurate way as
per performance targets.
Ethical considerations: For the research there will be use of ethical information, without any
biasis which will be taken as per analysed functional informative scenarios. It will be focused on
to maintain transparent information variably, to gain accurate data and also generate wider
effective functional growth (Dietzel and et.al., 2021). Ethical considerations will also further
competently bring on detailed informative aspects, where there will be no use of inaccurate
information and to keep plagiarism at check. Furthermore, there will be no biasness within data
used.

With the help of the above descriptive statistics it is clear that the average number of people
suffering from dementia is the males. This is particularly because of the reason that males are
more prone to losing their memory and feel agitated with their disease. In addition to this, the
present descriptive statistics outlines the fact that there are different age group which suffers the
disease of dementia to the most and most common is the people belonging to the age of 85- 89.
The present data also outlined the fact that the there are lot many purposes behind the
government policy relating to the dementia. Also, the data analysed the fact that the government
is providing support and charity of organization and NGOs to help people suffering from
dementia.

Interpretation- with help of the quantitative analysis and the data gathered from the primary
sources it is clear that males are the people who suffer the most from dementia as compared to
the females. This is particularly because of the reason that males have less ability to remember
all the things as compared to the females. Hence, there is more tendency of males to suffer from
the dementia.

Interpretation- with the help of the primary data analysis it was clear that there are different ages
which suffer from the dementia. This is particularly because of the reason that person belonging
to different types of age group have different medical condition. All this is particularly being
based on the age of the person and most is 75- 79, 85- 89 and above 90.
Theme 3- Improved health and care and building social action awareness is the major purpose
of government policy regarding dementia.

Interpretation- on the evaluation and analysis of the primary data gathered from the 10
respondent it was clear that there are different purpose for which government policy relating to
dementia is created. As per the responses of majority of people improving health and care and
the building of social action and awareness is the major purpose for which government policy
relating to dementia is created.

Interpretation- as per the analysis and evaluation of the primary data gathered from 10
respondents it was clear that the government is supporting charity and NGOs in order to assist

government will be providing their support then this will assist the companies in coming up with
more ideas to cure the dementia in effective and efficient manner.

Interpretation- by analysing the data collected from 10 respondents it was clear that the people
who are suffering from dementia will face difficulty in integrating within the society. This is

have a feeling that they are not up to the mark to live within the society as they tend to loose
