the increasing growth in the world have been attributed to fertility trends which have been

increases, new threats to security arise since this growth affects the way people relate with each
other in different situations. The increase in population has led to new sorts of crime and
insecurity and at the same time presents challenges to the local government in developing
relevant infrastructures for managing this increasing population.
