Employees always portray different behaviors in their workplaces leading to differences
in the economic level and success of organizations. The way employees interact with different
people in their workplace that is the management, fellow employees, and clients affects the
performance of an organization. To start with is the way I handle clients' rights and interests.
Ensuring that outstanding service is effectively given to my clients to satisfy their needs is my
priority as a staff and this is done by first realizing their rights, interests, and needs. Furthermore,
I always provide an ongoing user support that helps my clients raise their complaints when need
arises.
In satisfying the clients' present needs, I first conduct an assessment on the co-existing
needs, a process which is started by identifying and preparing the tools and processes to be used.
This calls for the need for me to research on the best resources and tools to use in line with the
organization's policies and procedures. Collaborative approach is what I usually use to access the
available people’s information which is crucial during the analysis of clients’ needs. This
includes studying the client’s problem, find out the source of the problem, come up with
alternative solutions and putting a remedy to action. I document the assessment outcomes and
ensure confidentiality of information is reached. In addition, I collect the feedback from my
colleagues and management and discuss the areas I should improve on.
Good rapport is important while in the workplace. This is achieved by ensuring that I
relate well with my clients, management and my workmates by carefully and effectively
communicating to them despite their position in the organization. In addition, I consider the
various communication needs before addressing any issue. I ensure the agendas and objectives of
the organization are reached and all members have a chance to give their views and solutions in
meetings which am in charge of.

We have different people with different cultural beliefs in the department I work. To
ensure a good relationship is kept between me and them, equality is portrayed in that I serve
without discrimination based on language, race or appearance. Besides equality, I also ensure
that I work ethically and legally while delivering services. This is achieved by realizing the
clients’ rights such as right to privacy, confidentiality, access to information and applying them.
Moreover, being accountable that is the consent to take responsibility when I screw up is another
factor that I portray since it helps me realize my mistakes and correct them to improve on my
skills.
Unity and togetherness in an organization is very important hence I maintain any network
and partnership developed and implemented along the way and cooperatively work with the
other staff since alone I cannot accomplish the given goals and objectives of the organization. In
maintaining networks, I ensure frequent communication with my partners since I represent the
department in all aspects.
I usually identify health risks and hazards which can emerge in the workplace, assess
them and find ways of controlling them. Consultation from the management and the other
colleagues helps me get a light on how to control my department. Also attending to the risk
training programs which are conducted twice a year helps gain knowledge in organizational
skills.
