This project analyzes the future business decisions of Auspaper, a paper manufacturing company, using descriptive analytics and data visualization. The project begins with an introduction to Auspaper and its challenges, including the impact of online networking and electronic devices on sales. The research direction focuses on understanding customer satisfaction and predicting strategic alliance likelihood. The analysis includes descriptive statistics of customer satisfaction, correlation analysis to identify key factors influencing satisfaction, and regression analysis to build predictive models. Logistic regression is employed to assess the impact of product line, quality, price flexibility, and personnel image on customer alliances. The maximum likelihood probabilities are estimated, and the results are visualized to predict probabilities for strategic alliance. Finally, a forecasting model is developed to predict sales for the next three quarters, providing insights for future business decisions. The project utilizes Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling, offering a comprehensive approach to understanding customer behavior and predicting future outcomes.
