REFLECTIVE REPORT
Blog writing adds the glory to the work being undertaken on one’s process of idea and
knowledge in the form of reading. An evidence of effective and efficient blog writing is inclusive
of perfect essence that is all about readable, understandable and outcome relevant to gather the
attention of one who reads the blog and thus found useful to proceed with the gaining of
knowledge and information being shared.
‘Design it’ is the subject selected for my blog writing presentation and delivery. As a part
of my program being undertaken, it is worth to mention that it is many weeks program whereby I
have been privileged to work on weekly acquisition of learning on blog writing activity. It
commences with my understanding of the subject (Flick, 2015). Initially, I analyzed the topic of
my disinterest as I evaluated the same to belong from some technical relation. It is as suggested
from name found to be of working on tools and techniques mode of applying some expertise on
undertaking the sequence of fulfilling objective based on technicalities achievement.
Contrary to what I thought, it is found that it is just a name that sounds to be of technical
background. But in reality, this word deals with the outcome that showcases one’s creativity of
enhancing the potential towards achievement of better content that magnetizes readers and other
stakeholders. The purpose of every blog writing which I believe must be effective in terms of
meaning. It should convey the required information in apt manner and to the consistent
requirement of the one who is following the subject.
Through this reflective work, I will present my learning on account of my weekly
learning sessions. The reason behind the same is that week learning is so important for me in
enhancing my analytical, creative and writing ability and improvement. Starting from week one
where my lecturer taught us about formation of sentences by the use of correct word and
meaningful outcome (Mackey & Gass, 2015). This session proves helpful in strengthen my inner
potential as the activity was undertaken where our mentor demonstrated us with some pictures
which were supposed to be identified and recognize by us in order to deliver the ideas and
notions respectively. After this, the various outcomes delivered by all enable us to give the
impression of experiences related to how well the creativity residing in our inner soul could be
improvised through better vision and capability to explore outer environment.
In the week two, since I was late, I recognized the importance of time and punctuality at
work. The loss of initial learning at the academic ground is of core significance. In a class which

learned to work together in a team and how activities within group are distributed for the

pertaining to look things, I believe the correct way to gain the outcome is to develop the setting
of values and behavior related to common achievement of understanding people (Ott &
Longnecker, 2015). This week activity has been resourceful as it has helped me in learning ideas
of people and their demand from the outside world. It helps to show case the exterior
achievement of how well the things can be executed for better results and analyses.

by choosing the qualitative research technique. The rationale behind the same is developing
productive resultant outcome. The justification of making use of appropriate methods which for
carrying out is in order to know the current status in to gain better outcome in the rivalry world

application by me as it helped me gathering of required information. According to my viewpoint,
