REFLECTIVE REPORT
Blog writing adds the glory to the work being undertaken on one’s process of idea and
knowledge in the form of reading. An evidence of effective and efficient blog writing is inclusive
of perfect essence that is all about readable, understandable and outcome relevant to gather the
attention of one who reads the blog and thus found useful to proceed with the gaining of
knowledge and information being shared.
‘Design it’ is the subject selected for my blog writing presentation and delivery. As a part
of my program being undertaken, it is worth to mention that it is many weeks program whereby I
have been privileged to work on weekly acquisition of learning on blog writing activity. It
commences with my understanding of the subject (Flick, 2015). Initially, I analyzed the topic of
my disinterest as I evaluated the same to belong from some technical relation. It is as suggested
from name found to be of working on tools and techniques mode of applying some expertise on
undertaking the sequence of fulfilling objective based on technicalities achievement.
Contrary to what I thought, it is found that it is just a name that sounds to be of technical
background. But in reality, this word deals with the outcome that showcases one’s creativity of
enhancing the potential towards achievement of better content that magnetizes readers and other
stakeholders. The purpose of every blog writing which I believe must be effective in terms of
meaning. It should convey the required information in apt manner and to the consistent
requirement of the one who is following the subject.
Through this reflective work, I will present my learning on account of my weekly
learning sessions. The reason behind the same is that week learning is so important for me in
enhancing my analytical, creative and writing ability and improvement. Starting from week one
where my lecturer taught us about formation of sentences by the use of correct word and
meaningful outcome (Mackey & Gass, 2015). This session proves helpful in strengthen my inner
potential as the activity was undertaken where our mentor demonstrated us with some pictures
which were supposed to be identified and recognize by us in order to deliver the ideas and
notions respectively. After this, the various outcomes delivered by all enable us to give the
impression of experiences related to how well the creativity residing in our inner soul could be
improvised through better vision and capability to explore outer environment.
In the week two, since I was late, I recognized the importance of time and punctuality at
work. The loss of initial learning at the academic ground is of core significance. In a class which

is meant to be so resourceful and effective, I found that each and every activity being undertaken
is of core dominance. In the realm of design it, I found the blend of words to be of more
relevance. As at this platform, I learned to modify simple things into interesting concerns. It
showcases one’s ability to yield better options to creative outcome. Poster design was the main
ingredient of the topic where all the individuals were supposed to work out posters by using own
creative ability. I explored my ability to present words in terms of drawing and poster work. This
enhanced my better version apart from just writing (Mendenhall & Sincich, 2015). I found that
blog not only meant to present through words and grasp the interest of reader through words but
it is art to magnetize through paintings and drawings. This has helped me in opening better
version to showcase potential through another creative way (Cazeaux, 2016). I found it very
interesting and effective in terms of how well the entire blog writing can be raised to the next
level of developing art and ability to convey apt information and concern. This has enabled me to
strengthen my design thinking capability. In a nutshell, it is correct to mention that at this stage I
actually learned and justify the meaning of ‘Design it’ concept.
In the third week, I cleared the gap of reaching late at the class and I witnessed my early
presence and proved myself. This class was more interesting than the last time as during this
session we were asked for the proposed learning workshop. It was the time when we were asked
to move at the outside analysis of object, people and surrounding. Through this activity; our
formed groups have gained the ability to come together for the achievement of common goals. I
learned to work together in a team and how activities within group are distributed for the
achievement of shared target (Merriam & Tisdell, 2015). Since everyone has different view
pertaining to look things, I believe the correct way to gain the outcome is to develop the setting
of values and behavior related to common achievement of understanding people (Ott &
Longnecker, 2015). This week activity has been resourceful as it has helped me in learning ideas
of people and their demand from the outside world. It helps to show case the exterior
achievement of how well the things can be executed for better results and analyses.
In the fourth week, the entire focus was laid on evaluation of huge issues encountered y
exterior world through small yet very effective activities. By just doing silly activities, I had
acquired ability to explore contentment of focusing majorly on subject rather on object. It helped
to view the problems of the outer world. Analyzing the problem and presenting on account of
effective evaluation is a chief requirement that involves the better achievement of targets. It has

helped me in developing problem analyzing ability and thus strengthens in learning decision
making ability.
In the next week, journey mapping was undertaken whereby every student was supposed
to work on his or her witness of beginning the travelling plan. This has broadened my capability
to learn setting of plan and alignment of objective. I learned the management principle of
planning, organizing, directing and controlling (Schneider, 2015). This management principle
proves helpful in developing my ability to sort things. It has provided me to acquire the habit of
sorting things before putting them down. Also, this activity has helped me to learn the way of
acquiring ability to grasp things on the basis of long lasting view and impression.
The next week followed by prior is about the research tool application. Through this, I
have learned to apply the right kind of tools and methodology pertaining to research being
undertaken. The motto of every research is to encounter the correct use of tools and technique
that helped to proceed with the investigation. I learned the relevance of each and every research
method in dealing with supportive application. The justification of research tool is learned to
enhance my ability to put right action in order. The use of research methods and programs are of
great significance. The wise range of plans and philosophies plays crucial role in consideration to
undertake the blog writing (Stage & Manning, 2015). In this regards, the appropriation is made
by choosing the qualitative research technique. The rationale behind the same is developing
productive resultant outcome. The justification of making use of appropriate methods which for
carrying out is in order to know the current status in to gain better outcome in the rivalry world
where there exist many creative participants. Descriptive research design is learned for effective
application by me as it helped me gathering of required information. According to my viewpoint,
the selection of this method is justifiable on ground of developing the different parameters those
raises ideas of strengthening my knowledge and understanding. The group of data was the most
significant part of my investigation. According to my belief and viewpoint, effective methods are
functional for responsibility exploration. It proves helpful in assessing effective outcome
(Taylor, Bogdan & DeVault, 2015). Hence, by considering the same, I implemented the use of
primary and secondary kinds of information gathering tools.
During the next week, being enriched with information has helped me in gaining
effective outcome. The type of data procured demands analysis. The present workshop of week
seven was productivity in terms of gaining insights of useful discussions and prototyping. In a

design thinking mode, I adapted ways through which different ingredients can be put to use on
writing activity. I have developed and strengthened my ability to arrange and sort the chunks of
data procured through the application of sorting tools (Bryman, 2015). I found great learning
during this week as it has helped me in identifying the type of data to be taken for the function
and one to be avoided in order to get away with the less appropriate one.
The next week surrounds the learning with respect to effective discussion. I explored the
ideas of many people around me in terms of understanding their thought process and idea
notions. The entire course of action was undertaken by taking my attitudinal part on account
along with other respondents. This has been proved useful in developing my expertise skills and
concerns in capturing aspects related to other form of information sharing named as secondary
sources (Vaishnavi & Kuechler, 2015). Along with the same, it also enables to enhance the
ability to begin the idea of the subject concern and its scope in the respective field.
The absolute examination of weekly sessions being learned, it is evident to be of great
significance that supported in raising my capabilities. This broadens vision to deal with the
varied hurdles which are generally faced. It has upgraded my abilities towards successful
achievement of processing resources. The suitable employment of resources has helped me in
heading with the outcomes as per defined extent. Furthermore, the whole undertaking of and
special investigative methods has been worked out in developing my capability towards finding
innovative solutions. Through the assistance of complete discussion, I gained advancing in
administrating self and personal capabilities. Also, it has helped me in advancing my ability to
understand language through best way possible.
In the next week session, I carried out a review of studies followed by primary and
secondary data. Through this, I learnt different ways through which decision making ability can
be suitably worked out. Assessment of the gathered information has supported me with efficient
learning to develop control over my diagnostic capabilities. Moreover, the current activities have
been resourceful in strengthening knowledge in terms of method of writing and skills required to
achieve the same (Bygate, Swain & Skehan, 2013). Including this, for learning blog writing
ability, various tactics of developing different application based learning has been enhanced.
This in result has helped me with different sources learning such as other bloggers work, and
power point presentation. The throughout evaluation and advancement programs have increased
my writing skills in better way (Carter, 2014).

In order to understand and achieve the activities, there are organized activities in regards to

From the above assessment, there are identified various weaknesses of my areas where
learning are required to be undertaken. These have been evaluated and analyzed as follows.
The objective of this refection is to understand the objectives and aims. However, there are
areas which are identified as hindrance in partial achievement of work being undertaken. This is
required to meet the self learning ideas that are relevant to learning outcome. In this aspect, self
learning requires to be gained. This is essential as it helps in regarding the accomplishment of
investigation. Functioning is made by doing plan and process that signifies various things. This
research took the positive and negative loopholes that came through while doing analyzing self

(Derwing & Munro, 2013). Furthermore, it has helped in reflecting self awareness plan that
includes learning objectives, work outlay and pertaining hurdles.
There are some areas which demands skills development and growth. I need to grasp the
attention for enhancing my ability. This majorly focuses on examining the integration of skills
and abilities with respect to academic writing. Furthermore, it widens the gap that exists due to
lack of effective tactical programming, and exploitation of possessions. Along with the same, it
also advanced my gaining in reflecting better outcome for sustainable opportunities.
In similar regards, management of time occupies major position in the entire learning. There
is need to have proper blue print of various inclusive such as concepts, ideas and theories of time
management. This current blog learning sessions proves useful in implementing various plans
and tactics that helped me avoiding delays of work (Foorman & et.al., 2015).
I found another area where I lack ways to present my work on account of supporting
resources. For that, I used various ways where my work is supported by various arguments that
assist my work through facts and figures. Referencing is worked out in order to safeguard my
work and writing against plagiarism. However, I need to develop my skills and abilities in terms
of proper mode of referencing. The main purpose of learning referencing is to meet the reflection
of critics that are considered by me in my research work. Along with the APA referencing style
which is adopted by me to meet the solution of locating work and material, the entire work is
undertaken effectively. I used supporting references through citation. The rationale behind the
same is to assist reader with the allocation of work referred and taken from. Along with the
same, bibliography has been worked out in order to reflect the suggested web links and internet
sites that were used in the study.
