The Design thinking methodology is very

focused on finding the right solution and is

The design mindset procedure is very simple in nature. It consists of the four
given aspects :
Involve: all the essential resources
Ideate: Coming up with the right idea for the problem
Implement: Implementing the ideas (Daniel, 2016).
Iterate: To learn and improve
Following this steps shall assist a business in ensuring that it achieves
innovative ideas which help in improving the business problems and
achieving success (Yeager et al., 2016).
Without a proper design mindset which tends to look out for all possible solutions,
any business will not be able to achieve a sustainable success (Van Der Pijl, Lokitz
& Solomon, 2016).
The concept of design thinking has greatly helped the different business
organizations to achieve long term success. Innovation tends to be an essential
aspect of any business and any company who wants to achieve success in the
long run, needs to ensure that it innovates its services, products and processes
regularly. Hence, in this scenario design thinking tends to play a huge role (Gray,
2016). It complies and greatly depends on the different set of tools which are
available in a pre-defined structure, and ensures that the business can come up
with the best problem and find a solution for it.

help to view a probable problem as a source of the innovation in the business
