Report
AI Summary
This report provides a detailed analysis of the design process, beginning with problem identification and definition. It emphasizes the importance of data collection and analysis in informing design decisions. The report explores how the design team uses collected data to brainstorm ideas and develop solutions, which may include innovations or improvements to existing processes. Furthermore, the report highlights the necessity of gathering user feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the solutions. The final stage involves iterative improvements, adaptations, and maintenance to ensure the continued functionality and relevance of the designed product or service. The report includes references to support its assertions.

Design Approach Process
Define The Problem
The first approach to designing a solution is first to understand the problem which requires the
solution to be model. This involves defining the problem as a whole detailing the various
problems currently being faced by the current solution. At this stage, the background of the
product or services which has faced problems is analysed and the design set objectives, aims and
the significance of the new product service or processes is to design [1].
Collect Information
Every decision made during the design processes must be backed by relevant data. The design
team shall therefore collect as much data as possible on the process, product or services to be
designed. This will enable the team to have valid information to infer their decisions made
during the design of the processes, product or service [2]

Analyze data and brainstorm
Once all the necessary data have been collected. The team shall brainstorm of ideas and analyze
the data which shall then be used to design the process, product or service. The analysis phase is
thus very important for the design team as the inferences made from the data shall be used to
make key design decisions for the product, service or process [3].
Develop solution
Once the data is analysed, the design team use the analysis and inferences made from the data to
come up with solutions which can be used to solve the problems already identified in the first
phase. This solution can be in the form of innovations, inventions or just improving on the
process flows for the given design issues [4].
Gather feedback
Once the solution is done, the team must gather feedback from the users to ensure the new
solution meets their needs. This data from the feedback can be analyzed and used to improve the
product
Improve
The design team in this phrase makes corrective, adaptive or perform maintenance on the new
product designed. This ensures the continued working of the solution
