I learnt that the Designing Process can be broken down into the design thinking tools
that proves to be useful in the aspect of innovation. In my view, it can help in bringing forth
new ideas that can help in the arena of the discovery (Youtube.com., 2019). I was able to
gather knowledge about the fact that the information can be obtained with the help of the
qualitative along with the quantitative approaches. The various sources of the primary data
are the questionnaire survey, focus groups along with the interview. I think that the
observations can greatly help in the interpretation of behaviour of the people. The secondary
materials refer to the books, journals, case files, newspaper, magazine, government
publication along with the website pages. In my view, the primary data can prove to be more
relevant in relation to a project as the data is more specific and it is more current. The
primary data can produce the outputs that are more reliable and more objective. There should
be ethics in relation to the research design. I have been able to learn that the ethical issues
should be considered in the event of carrying out the research. I have been able to learn that
an individual should get the informed consent from the organization that can help an
individual in carrying out the research along the right lines. At the time of carrying out the
research there should be due consideration of the views of the customers. The customer
engagement should be skilful that can help in producing the positive results (Liedtka &
Ogilvie, 2011). After the completion of the research, an individual should report back to
customers and he should honour the agreements. In my opinion, the process of the content
development can be compared to that of the data analysis. It can help in combining the data
so that it can create the consistent themes.

components. I gathered idea about the fact that the semi-structured interview comprises of the
rough questions that can help in the process of exploration of the unexpected avenues. I think

and in an effective manner. I think that the process of the rapid prototyping can help in the
