1DESIGNING PROCESS
I learnt that the Designing Process can be broken down into the design thinking tools
that proves to be useful in the aspect of innovation. In my view, it can help in bringing forth
new ideas that can help in the arena of the discovery (Youtube.com., 2019). I was able to
gather knowledge about the fact that the information can be obtained with the help of the
qualitative along with the quantitative approaches. The various sources of the primary data
are the questionnaire survey, focus groups along with the interview. I think that the
observations can greatly help in the interpretation of behaviour of the people. The secondary
materials refer to the books, journals, case files, newspaper, magazine, government
publication along with the website pages. In my view, the primary data can prove to be more
relevant in relation to a project as the data is more specific and it is more current. The
primary data can produce the outputs that are more reliable and more objective. There should
be ethics in relation to the research design. I have been able to learn that the ethical issues
should be considered in the event of carrying out the research. I have been able to learn that
an individual should get the informed consent from the organization that can help an
individual in carrying out the research along the right lines. At the time of carrying out the
research there should be due consideration of the views of the customers. The customer
engagement should be skilful that can help in producing the positive results (Liedtka &
Ogilvie, 2011). After the completion of the research, an individual should report back to
customers and he should honour the agreements. In my opinion, the process of the content
development can be compared to that of the data analysis. It can help in combining the data
so that it can create the consistent themes.
The questionnaire can involve the structured questions and it contains the QUAL
components. I gathered idea about the fact that the semi-structured interview comprises of the
rough questions that can help in the process of exploration of the unexpected avenues. I think
that the open-ended questions that are asked at the time of semi-structured interview can help

in drawing the specific evidence in relation to the asset of the candidate. I learnt that semi-
structured interview encourages the process of the two-way communication in which both
interviewer along with candidate have the right of asking the questions. I am of the opinion
that the semi-structured interviewing can prove to be effective in the event of being practiced
by that of a well-trained interviewer. The focus groups lay emphasis on the aspect of the
group interview that makes use of brain storming.
I have understood that the process of the rapid prototyping helps in the rough
manifestation of the concepts. The early rapid prototyping can be carried out on the paper
whereas the rapid prototyping can be said to be more refined. I have learnt that the
prototyping of the service manifestations can be carried out with the help of the role plays.
There are various kinds of prototyping techniques like the sketching along with the
storyboarding (Di Benedetto, 1999). In my opinion, the rapid prototyping can help in
realization of the concepts in a quicker manner. It helps the team in moving beyond that of
visualization of product that can help in grasping properties in relation to the designing of the
product (Liedtka, 2015). In my view, it can help in communicating the concepts in a concise
and in an effective manner. I think that the process of the rapid prototyping can help in the
aspect of visualization of the thoughts. It has the ability of presenting the tangible product to
the customers along with the members of a team.
I have learnt that the service prototyping refers to a novel discipline that helps in
improving the aspect of the service creation. It helps in enhancing the process of the service
delivery. The service prototyping needs innovative use in relation to the current prototyping
techniques that has an effect on success rate of the services (Kolko, 2015). It can help in
improving the aspect of the decision-making and also expand the alternatives that helps in
accomplishing the service. I have been able to learn that the prototyping tool box can help in

having a positive effect on the process of the service creation. The toolsets can be developed
with the help of the development matrix.
I was able to derive the fact that the process of sketching requires very little amount of
effort that depends on the artistic levels of that of the drawing skills. It can help in the
illustration of the ideas that can help in launching them into the real world. It can help in the
area of further discussion along with the process of the ideation. I have learnt that the mind
maps can help in the illustration of a system that can help in the structuring of the ideas. It
can help in the process of the visualizing that can help in relating the ideas to one another. It
can help in the understanding of the complex situations.
I have understood that the planning of the learning approach can help in testing the
assumptions and it focuses on that of the behavioural metrics. I think that learning launch can
help in illustrating what the product or the service is trying to achieve. It talks about the
metrics that are used for measuring success of the assumptions that are tested. I have learnt
that the learning launch 1 lays stress on the untested assumptions along with the
disconforming data. Learning launch 2 on the other hand lays stress on the aspect of gaining
of the creative feedback. A designated member of the team observes the other people and
another member of the team is involved in the aspect of the interviewing.
I learnt that the learning launch can help in bringing out the significance of that of the
relevant data that has been collected. The learning launch helps in considering the ethics at
the time of observation. I have understood that real launch requires the investment that helps
in the development of solution to that of the marketable stage (Huq & Gilbert, 2017). It helps
in the process of movement from that of design thinking to that of the traditional
development. It helps in moving the process from that of creativity to that of the planning.
