This report outlines the application of design thinking methodologies to address the challenge of career selection among graduate students. The team executed several phases of design thinking, including visualization, journey mapping, value chain analysis, mind mapping, brainstorming, concept development, assumption testing, prototyping, and consumer co-creation, culminating in a learning launch. Each phase aimed to deeply understand the problems students face when choosing a career path, such as lack of self-actualization, poor decision-making, and insufficient career research. The envisioned solution is a mobile application designed to assess personality and intellectual traits, providing tailored career recommendations to enhance professional development. The report also reflects on the importance of each step in the design thinking process and the potential for innovative solutions to aid students in making informed career choices.
