Design mindset is a process through which the designers can solve
various complicated problems to meet the requirement of the
products in a business setting. Design thinking mindset particularly
relates to the imagination, systematic reasoning, intuition and
understanding of the designers or planners. The designers mainly
understand the requirements of the customers or the market then
find a desirable solution through designing the factors of business
so that it can tater all the needs in one hand and grow
automatically. Design thinking mindset reflects the sensibility of the
designers and their skills to use technological advancement in
benefitting the business. Through this factor the successful
designers can convert the customers values to market
opportunities.
Why DT is important for future
employees?
To the experts like Daniel (2016),
the entrepreneurship education in
this highly competitive business
world has started to mandate the
design thinking mindset in the
future employees as these people
will be bring the changes in the
organization with the changes if
the time and technology.
Therefore, most of the small and
medium size firms have been
utilizing those method to generate
wealth in their fields. The author
has found through survey among
the undergraduate students that
they perform better or gain proved
efficient solution of complicated
issues when they are accustomed
with the DT process. Hence design
mindset can bring a positive result
in the performance of the firm of
any size.

Empathize: gaining deep
understanding of the requirements
Define: analyzing the collected data
so that requires of the customers
can eb addressed easily
Ideate: diverging on a huge
quantity of ideas and evolving the
process
Prototype: developing these ideas
into tangible outcomes
Test: evaluating the efficiency of
the final outcome

Gobble (2014), reveals various aspects of design thinking mindset and their effect on management as the key
components. This particular study has been conducted through interviews among fifteen innovation managers of n
organization so that the effect of DT on management can be identified. This reflects that the practices are useful for the
company when the innovation managers implement the design thinking for their organizations. There is a set of applied
design mindsets that can help these managers to overcome various organizational constrictions (Khanduja, Bihola &
Dave, 2017). To these scholars, DT has a deep connection with the leadership theories and provides proper
understanding of the actual roles of leaders in an organization by bringing changes.
