Getting a job after graduation is considered
to be huge but still there individuals who do
not attain any.
Design thinking is a method that can be used
to help solve such a problem.
The tools involved in it help to create a
innovative and creative solution for the
problem (Beltagui, 2018).

Employment after graduation is not
being done as there is not work
experience available for the graduates.
The data helps in seeing that full time
employment is not being achieved and
part time working is being done.

In visualisation, it would be seen that what are the aspect of the
problem that are affecting the student for not gaining jobs. There
would need to be various creative ideas established for solving the
problem (Razzouk, & Shute, 2012).

The journey map for the job seekers often looks like this.
But they often fail at the application stage because since their resumes are
sent it would show no experience.
Instead different advertisements should be looked at in order to see which
organisation do not want any job experience and offer full-time.

Also, experience should be present in
all of the activities so that the criteria
of job experience can be fulfilled.
This would help in seeing what the
outcome of the whole process would

Providing training to youth so that they can get
a job.
Making sure that internships count as
experience even if they are for a few months.
Mentoring needs to be provided so that
graduates can choose the right jobs.
Country could develop polices regarding this
issues (Luotola et. al. 2017).

The new and innovative idea of
showing bits of experience would
provide opportunities to the
individuals.
Outcome: if graduates would start to
get jobs then the unemployment rate
in the country would also go down.
