In this first week, I learned about the concept of the Design thinking in detail where I learned
that the thinking like a designer can change the whole process for developing the products,
services, strategies, and processes. I learned about the sensibility and methods that assist in
satisfying the needs of the people by creating the value of the customer and opportunities of the
market (Brown, 2008). This week enhance my learning in the field of visualization as the key
Design Thinking Tool. According to the thinkers, visualization is considered as the mother of all
the tools of designing because visualization is used in each and every stages of the process of
design thinking. Visualization becomes very useful that assists in carrying pictures that help in
thinking and organize ideas (Glen, et. al., 2014). During the lecture, I learned how to create
complex diagrams in accordance with the thinking of the customer. In this session, we also
discuss the key characteristics of design thinking. In the end, I conclude that this session assists
me in raising my knowledge in relation to the process of design thinking.
