Module 1.
Introduction to design thinking
It is learned that designing thinking helps to learn about the audience this factor is known as
empathise, it defines the constructed point of view, which is based on the user’s needs. It is also
learned that by designing the thinking, it supports to understand the bigger image and complexity
of the solutions. It is learned that it allows us to expand how problems will frame the problems
and find out the appropriate solutions (Glen, et. al., 2014). It allows for real-world exploration by
building the prototypes. It is building the empathy which helps to find out the people problems
and understand the user's perceptions, identify the base of the problems and it is learned that
motivate to the people to focus on the solutions rather than concern towards the problems. This
module defines the concept of design thinking, visualisation teaches the brain and explain each
phase of the design process.

Module 2.
Design thinking process
In this module it teaches the difference between design and business. It is learned that designing
a thinking process and tools help us to use it inappropriate manner. It is learned that business
thinking focus on customer validation, minimises the risks, and exhaustive analysis and give on
priorities. Design thinking teaches them to builds the things up, users are inspired, and it
integrates constraints (Glen, et. al., 2015). It is also learned by the design thinking process and
tools that helps me and encourages me to find out the problem base and use the tools to solve the
complicated problems. Innovative stories play a big role in deigns thinking because these stories
inspire to do work effectively. These stories motivate people and encourage them to use effective
strategies and solve problems. It is learned that design thinking helps people to solve the problem
with the help of the team. It provides information to think my experience and use this into set the
strategic visions.

Module 3.
Theories underlying design thinking
In this topic, it is learned that theories and models describe the depth information of deign
thinking practices and activities. It is learned that it is essential to the owner to think in a
different way and find out the outcomes and scopes of the business when they operate their own
business. It is an analysis that deigning thinking helps to the business to run it in an effective
way. It is investigated that the theories of design thinking help me to learn new things and use
them with great efficiency. Its practices provide various types of examples which explain various
types of experiences of successful people and their ways for thinking. Not only the modules but
also the effective theories help to the people to gain the information and implement into thinking.
It provides support to the people to focus on the solutions rather than problems. Theories explain
each concept and support for think big (Welsh & Dehler., 2013).

Module 4.
Problem finding and need analysis
In this topic, it is learned that problem solving, and problem finding is two different concepts.
Problem-solving is a positive way. It is learned that it is finding out by six phases such as;
finding the opportunities, facts, problems, ideas, solutions and accept it. It helps me to focus on
find out the alternatives and implement it according to the needs and requirements (Conradie, et.
al., 2015). On the other hand, it is also learned that problem finding defines me to focus on
addressing the problem findings. It not only reduces the risk of conflicts and decreases errors. It
is also learned that designing thinking tools help me to understand the tools of personas,
