WHAT IS DESIGN THINKING?
 Design thinking is set of tools or techniques which solve
complex problems, and connect disciplines from one
problem to the another, so that they can be solved
collectively.
 Design thinking extract solutions of the problems in more
innovative way.

THE PROBLEM AND IDEA TO SELECT
 In this case, The problem chosen is how visualization of
statistical and mathematical problems can be solved
easily. Mathematical equations and calculations are
complex until it is not visualized, once a problem is
represented through a image, or a chart such as bar chart,
pie chart or any other arrangements, problems can be
easily solved.

VISUALIZATION OF TRIGONOMETRY EQUATION
It would be hard and complex to find a
value of Sin (x) for a particular value of
(x), hence if we visualize the Values of
Sin (x) through sin curve, We can
easily solve the issue of finding all the
values of x.For any value of (x), it was
easy for us to find value of Sin(x).

EMPATHIZING AND CUSTOMER CO CREATION TECHNIQUE
 Empathizing is a crucial feature of design thinking.
Empathizing connects thinkers with the problems. Research is a
important part of empathizing.
 Co creation technique helps thinkers to connect with the user,
and upon research over the students, co creation will involve
students and thinkers to collaboratively solve the issue arising.

ALTERNATIVE OF VISUALIZATION
 Story boarding is a useful technique in the design thinking as this
technique helps to generate some of the crucial concepts of mathematics
and statistics, so that the important concepts required in solving the
problem arises, can be explained through story boarding.
 Journey mapping, is useful in solving the mathematical and statistical
problems step by step, so that concepts can be solved through steps, and
will be easy also.

PROTOTYPING AND EXAMPLES OF HOW VISUALIZATION CAN SOLVE SUCH
MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS.
Profit chart comparison of ABC company through
visualization
If bar chart is not used, it is impossible to compare data's.
In the above prototype of the mathematical problem explained. It is
difficult to compare and understand the statistical and mathematical
calculations.
Through Bar graph, such statistics was easily understood, with
comparison throughout months.
Prototyping through Pie chart visualization
This is a pie chart, where Pie chart can also be
used as a prototype, so that natural calamities
can be compared, so that future remedies and
cures can be taken, by comparing past natural
calamities.

FEEDBACK ON PROTOTYPE EXPLAINED
Sometimes, large data
cannot be explained or
represented through Pie
chart
In such case, The problem can
be solved through mind
mapping or journey mapping,
so that big challenges can be
converted into small once's.

 This presentation describes the concept of
Design thinking. Here in this presentation,
Tools or techniques which can be used,
were explained. Mind mapping, journey
mapping with their implementation were
discussed.
