Design thinking is an essential process for managers through which managers can enhance their
creative learning skills. In the first week of a weekly blog, the lecturer told about the significance
of the design thinking process to the students. It is playing a significant role for managers as
first-week help in developing decision-making process for managers at the initial stage and at the
conceptual situation (Glen, Suciu & Baughn, 2014). The term design thinking will help in
developing managerial and understanding skills through which managers can generate innovative
ideas and can operate business functions in an efficient manner. The design thinking is the
essential tool for managers which help in enhancing their decision-making skills. Along with
this, some learning and methods which help in enhancing visualization techniques. In the first
week, the student will learn how visualization technique will engage manager power by
increasing creative thinking approach and towards design thinking process (Glen, Suciu &

Week 2
In the second week, the student will learn how developing and learning skills enhance the
efficiency of managers towards design thinking. The week blogs help in enhancing learning
skills of students through which they can analyse all the aspects in relation to the design thinking
process. These weekly blogs are playing an essential role in developing the design process and
effective decisions by enhancing decision making power (Glen, et.al., 2015). All the weekly
sessions help in enhancing the decision-making process through which managers can analyse the
situation in an effective manner. It is essential for every organisation to enhance the efficiency of
their managers through which managers can develop approaches and can enhance their actions in
an appropriate manner. The essential objective of an organisation can be accomplished with the
help of the design thinking process. In the second week of the design thinking process, the
student will learn the impact of design thinking process on efficiency and performance of the
organisation (Glen, et.al., 2015).

Now in the week 3rd, the students will learn how different variables will help in enhancing the
critical thinking approach which will develop the designing process for managers. The essential
aims to develop and learning skills of managers in the context of the design thinking process by
determining the aspects of the situation with critical approaches (Leifer & Steinert, 2011). This
week help managers by providing proper training programs through which they can develop the
design thinking process. The design thinking model helps in accessing proper information in
relation to the triple loop learning model through managers can access how complexities in the
project management can be analysed and overcome with the help of design thinking process
(Leifer & Steinert, 2011). The essential motive of every organisation is to focus on the strategies
through which the manager can analyse how project complexities can be analysed and how it can
be overcome with the help of triple loop models.
