Week 1
Design thinking is considered as a process which develops for the creative design approach. It is
a human-centered approach which encourages the people to focus on its creative thinking skills
and build something unique. According to my opinion, design thinking will be better for the
internal services, products and services. Empathize, in this step, initially, the problem will be
understood and observe what actually customer wants to describe. Ideate: In the second step, it
gathered ideas which can help in creativity (Glen, et.al., 2014). Prototype: It is the third step
when design thinker enables to select one idea and which can be further implemented. Test:
After implementation, the test process will be generated based on the rest of the activities. The
complete process will be done when all thinking skills approach is developed. My observation
and analysis said that design thinking has the capability to generate such things which will not be
possible previously (Kembaren, et.al., 2014).
