Week 1
There are so many issues and challenges in the current time of processing which requires
some innovative ideas and resolutions to be implemented. Design thinking is one of the
approaches which helps to get rid of the issues ibn systematic and innovative manner
(Brown, 2008). In my opinion design thinking is one of the best approaches which can help
to resolve and understand the issues. There are different stages of design thinking which give
the idea to attain the resolution.
The first step is emphasising which includes the understanding of the issue and determine the
needs and requirements of customers (Glen, et. al., 2014). The second step is ideating which
help the thinker to analyze different resolution ideas. The prototype is the third approach
which gives the justification about the right approach to be used. The very last approach is
testing which helps to analyse the further activities of decision making (Kembaren, et. al.,
2014).
