Week 1.
Design thinking is a systematic process to solve the problem. It is a human-centred core and
encourages to the organizations to focus on people they create, it leads to better products,
services and internal process. I observed that this approach is a systematic and better method to
make decisions in a unique way (Brown, 2008). I think it is an effective method for problem-
solving. It describes in two steps, such as:
In its first level, I learned some concepts which support to analysis the problems and determine
towards customer needs and wants (Glen, et. al., 2014). In its second level, I learned some
creative ideas, decisions to sort out the problems. I also observe that the prototype factor helps
and support to the thinker to determine the method which is utilized in further process. In its last
step, I learned the test method which supports me to understand various types of ideation
(Kembaren, et. al., 2014).
