Thoughts and Feelings DURING the activity:
In course of the developing blog writing skills I have come to know about different types of
problems regarding the design thinking in terms of observation, visualisation, prototyping and
other cognate topics. Moreover, I feel that all those entities are closely intertwined each other and
if any of the one element is facing problem then other factors are also get hampered.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
The activity was ended with a clear understanding regarding the different types of mistakes that
we made during blogging. In this context, the Design thinking process is entitled to mitigate the
problems. The reason is that the design thinking problem provides a structure and an action plan
that are beneficial for the writer and makes it far easier to follow.
What can you learn from this activity?
I have learned about another important attribute of the design thinking practice. As a matter of
fact, there is the design thinking process can be used in multiple times and is not a linear format.
Rather it facilitates a complex but effective mechanism so that problem will be mitigate accurately.
What can you do to develop yourself further in the context of this activity?
Based on this understanding, it can be argued that the design thinking is a multi-faced framework
and requires a great deal of understanding in order to use it properly and effectively (Stephens &
Boland 2015). Moreover, figure out the problem is also an important aspect and the writer must
develop a clear understanding in this regard.

Thoughts and Feelings DURING the activity:
During the activity I can feel the real environment to deal with the customer behaviour. However,
the learning launch does not have any real time dealings with the customers but it can provide a
hypothetical situation for the learners to get familiar with customer’s enthusiasm and willingness to
pay.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
After the completion of the activity, I can say that the learning launch is a very useful prototype
that enables us to get prepare in dire situation. In fact, the advantage of the learning launcher lays
in its aims. It provides actions in the real world that we cannot get in business because the
business meetings are limited to the conference rooms.
What can you learn from this activity?
I learned about the behavioural matrix of the possible customers. Moreover, assumptions and
anticipations are also important aspects that were incorporated into that activity (Venkatesh,
Croteau & Rabah, 2014). In future, it will help to build a better skill to understand the customer’s
motive and purpose.
What can you do to develop yourself further in the context of this activity?
I will develop my communication skill so that it will get me the confidence while dealing with the
customers. Moreover, it requires proper understanding of the customer behaviour theory.
Therefore, I am looking for it to develop my skills regarding perceiving the customer behaviour
effectively.
