Executive Summary

Introduction
The report includes essential learning aspects which I have learned and analysed during the
workshops. This self-reflection on my leaning and acknowledgement has improved my strength
and helped me in focusing on my potentials. At the time of presenting the report, I have
developed my qualities which surely help me in future by which I can overcome my weakness
and can develop effective approaches for enhancing my potential power in the regards of
designing. In this report I have developed an effective plan which helps me in accomplishing the
report by critical analysing, all the essentials learning in the report are analysed by me through
the help of blog pots which I have examined in the class.

Self-analysis
The essential thing is to develop our own learning and development power which help in
determining our own potential power, strength, and development. The workshops of design IT
for managers, help in developing my personal attributes and actions through the essential
information that I have learned from my lectures. The overall assessment is analysed in this
report and through which I have accessed a lot of information on leadership skills and how these
skills help in managing each and every task in an effective manner. The main motive of
developing this report is to critically analyse the things that I have learned during the workshops.
At the time when the session started, the lecturer told us about the subject matter and all the
students got excited to learn about the design thinking for the managers. They taught us about the
essential aspects of design thinking. From the whole semester, I have learned that design
thinking process help in generating creative ideas and innovative strategy for innovation in the
organisation. In the first week, I have learned how thinking managers use the design thinking
process to develop effective strategies and processes. During the first product (see the photo in
blog entry 1 at 7 April on 12: PM) I have also examined about the methods and structure which
will help in developing the value proposition of company in the market. I have also learned how
complex diagrams help in developing critical thinking process which will lead to opportunities
for the managers in accomplishing the targets on time. With the help of the design thinking
process of Liedka and Ogilvie, I have learned that creative skills and proper concept and
structure help in setting up the innovative strategies for effective development.
After coming to the next week, I have learned that at the time of better solution there is need to
analyse the situation critically and there are some tools which are mainly designed to analyse
each and every aspect critically. Further in the middle of the week (see the photo in blog entry 2
at 16 April on 6:40 PM) I have analysed how desirable solutions can be analysed through which
the manager can also focus on the future actions that will help in overcoming the project
complexities.
In the next week, I have learned about the effective models and procedures which are used in
designing the process and how these procedures help in designing own mindset. In this week I
(see the photo in a blog entry at 3 11 May on 3:36 PM) have learned that managers can use
prototype techniques which lead to supportive and innovative ideas for the sustainable growth of

the business. According to my learning and thinking prototype technique will help in analysing
the problem by developing effective ideas by determining its impact on the organisation.
After coming to the next week, then I have learned about fictional factors which help in
understanding the needs, behaviours and with visualisation techniques. Further, I have learned
(see the photo in blog entry 4 on 4 June on 1:05 PM) aminations and diagrams help in
communicating the information ineffective way which will help in enhancing the critical
thinking approach. The main motive of every manager is to design thinking process with the help
of visualisation model and techniques.
The workshop of design prototype provides me learning about rapid prototyping in which I have
(see the photo in blog entry 5 at 1 June on 6:25 PM) learned how marketing and financial
feasibility of business get enough strengthened with the effective design thinking process. This
was one of the good activity which helped me in enhancing my learning on rapid prototyping and
design thinking for managers.
In the next week, I have learned that brainstorming and journey mapping will assist every task in
an effective manner, these learning techniques enhance decision making power by analysing
each and every aspect in an appropriate manner. Journey mapping will help in depicting some
stages which help in analysing the emotions of market customers by which an effective plan can
be developed in good decision making. Further, the tutor help (see a photo in blog entry 6 at 13
May on 8:42 PM) me in analysing the main strategy of design thinking process which might
mitigate the problem in an effective manner.
In the workshop of ethics and empath, I have critically research on the design research. During
the class lecture I have (see the photo in blog entry 7 at 13 May at 8:54 PM) analysed the
changing behaviour of different concepts in the form of design thinking. The person should
know how efficiently a particular activity can be managed in an effective manner. He should
perform every activity in an ethical manner, this learning describes me that there is a huge
difference between ethical and unethical manner.
In the next week workshop, I have analysed the significance of value chain system which is
mainly designed to organise and perform the particular activity in the organisation. The tutor
explained us in the workshop about evaluation skills which (see the photo in blog entry 8 at 20
May at 1:10 PM) I can apply it at the time of value chain system. The proposed activity in the
class helps me in analysing a suitable solution as per the situation in the organisation. Through

this activity, I have learned that person should keep calm and should present with activate mind
at the time of the critical thinking process and for evaluating the solution for the particular
problem.
The research in the context of problem-solving that effective and managing tools will help in
mitigating the effective solution with the help of the design thinking process. The particular
activity was conducted in the class through which (see the photo in blog entry 9 at 20 May at
1:19 PM) I have analysed things in very quickly and organised manner. Later on, I have analysed
how design thinking process enhances managerial skills and will help in visualising the problems
and developing an action plan to overcome the challenges. Now, I have learned the concepts
through which I can apply such innovative skills in future phases of my life.
In the next workshop I have analysed (see a photo in blog entry 10 at 27 May on 12:05 PM) there
are different purposes behind designing the designing tools. The designing tools are quite
different from each tool as some of the tools are the use of communication solutions, managing
risk certainty and to derive all the operational activities in an appropriate manner. At some time I
found myself quite disappointed from myself at the time of performing any activity, then with
the help of design thinking tools I have developed my managerial skills at the time of performing
any activity.

Action plan
It has been identified by me that I have learned so many concepts and I have developed my skills
through which I can manage so many essential activities in the organisation in an effective
manner. I have developed my skills in the context of decision making, a managerial field in the
organisation, critical design thinking process which would help me overcome so many problems
with effective solutions.
Apart from these activities, I have realised that I lag behind the human resources management
skills which is one of the essential skills that are required in the organisation. For the future
development of my learning skills, I have decided to adopt the study course of Managing Human
Resource (HRMT 20024). As this course will help me in developing my learning skills on the
HRM management strategy through which I can learn how training and development
programmes are managed in the organisation in an effective manner and how other activities are
effectively controlled by HR manager of the company (Van et.al., 2015).
In the view of (Hughes & Byrd 2017), the practice of human resource management is playing an
effective role as it helps in empowering the employee retention rate of the company. Along with
this, the main role of the human resource department is to analyse that all the required resources
are available in the organisation for performing the task in an effective manner.
As per the view (Bradley, 2019), the human resource management strategy help in focusing on
the team building which fosters the team spirit and enhances the performance of the
organisational department. Creating and empowering the HR strategy regularly help in
enhancing the communication system in the organisation which develops smoothness at
transferring the information in an effective manner (Bradley, 2019).
The HR strategy enhances the value of the business in the market by optimising the operational
functions of business in an effective manner. HR strategy help in focusing on the strategic vision
of the company which leads to innovative result and regularly evaluate the HR policies of the
company (Panfil, Anastasescu & Nechita 2015).
According to the author (Bradley, 2019), the HR management of organisation also helps in
monitoring the performance of the organisation through which HR manager of the company
develop a strategic intervention in the context of extending the growth of the business in an
effective manner. The organisation progress in not only analyse through financial feasibility of
the company but it is also analysed with the help of tweaking process which enhances the

existing processes of the company and leads to benefits for the employees (Panfil, Anastasescu
& Nechita, 2015).
Managing human resources strategy in an effective manner will provide employee satisfaction in
the organisation by fulfilling their basic requirement at the workplace. An HR manager always
plays a role in a leader. He should have leadership skills which will help in empowering the
employees' morale at the workplace.
Employee satisfaction directly creates an impact on the employee turnover rate of the company
which showcases the business strength and enhance employee engagement rate which empowers
the performance of the organisation and helps in accomplishing the goals in a timely manner
(Stone, & Ebrary, 2013).
These are the essential activities I have analysed through internet and secondary resources. I
have found myself very weak in this course, and I have realised that I should learn the HR
practises by adopting this course. I want to be a great HR manager at MNC for which I have to
work hard on this subject to develop Human resources qualities. For developing such qualities I
have to develop an action plan for a period of 6 months which might develop my learning skills
in the context of managing human resources (Bradley, 2019).

I will regularly attend my classes as per my developed action plan, this plan will help my
developed skills in the context of managing human resources.
I have set my accurate time period which develops my routine punctual and this will lead
to being the productive result for my future phase life.
I will analyze all the problems regularly and will communicate my problems with my
