Reflection
Module 1
This week was very interesting for me because I was existed to understand thing process of
design. In this week, I gained my understanding of concepts, theories, practices, and their
interrelationships as it could be imperative for the accomplishment of the desired goal. In
this, my tutor suggests each student of class to start thinking in the context of the design. In
addition, it is also examined that design thinking process could be imperative in making a
reliable decision (Liebmann, Zeng, Zhu, Yuan, Bouche, & Kye, 2016, June). Under this
week, I gained my understanding in the context of design thinking process and procedure that
will aid to effective thinking about design. Moreover, I also enhanced my understanding of
the entrepreneurship, and venture capitalist. I also understood that what entrepreneurs do to
perform any activity. It is also observed that entrepreneurship is the procedure where an
individual has an opportunity to accomplish any unique task in limited time as well as cost.
Under this, I also understood that innovation is the process that is practiced to accomplish any
task in a creative way. It is about the creating culture in which the organization tries to hold
risk and learn from mistakes (Luger, Urquhart, Rodden, & Golembewski, 2015, April). I also
gained my understanding of the innovation process that could be imperative in the innovation
in the process as it coulda consider certain steps like search, select, implement, and capture.
There is a certain aspect that could be imperative in the innovation process like incremental,
platform, component/architecture, and discontinuous. It could lead to making a reliable
decision in the favor of the design. Moreover, I also understood about the design thinking and
innovation as it could be imperative in the accomplishment of any unique or complex task in
leats time and cost (Cash, Hicks & Culley, 2015).

Module 2
This week was supportive to understand many skills about design processes like design vs
business process, design thinking processes and tools, design mindset, and innovation stories.
In this, I also gained my understanding about design process wherein I gained about creation
factor like emphasize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In this week, I also enhanced my
understanding in the context of design procedure as it would be imperative to obtain a
positive result. I gained my awareness of certain steps like design procedure. I gained my
understanding in the context of many factors like discover, define, design, and deliver. It
could lead to obtaining a reliable outcome. In addition, it is also evaluated that the DT
procedure could be imperative in the design procedure like problem finding, observation,
visualization and sense-making, ideation, prototype and test, viability testing (Chapman,
2018). This module was imperative for understanding 4C’s design thinking in which I gained
my understanding of the content, collaborate, create, and content. Design thinking process a
supports to depth understanding in the context of specified research matter.
Module 4
In this module, I enhanced my understanding with respect to writing a blog. I also gained my
understanding of different situation like problem-solving vs problem finding, Problem
finding through spotting the obvious, Visualisation as a Design Thinking tool, and Persona’
as a Design Thinking tool. Moreover, I also gained my understanding in the context of the
design thinking principles like solving ‘wicked’ problems, human-centered and empathetic,
observation, visualization, prototyping, experimentation and active learning, and beginner’s
mindset’ (Creswell, 2013). It was imperative to understand about visualization that could
lead to applying imaginary to predict potentials as well as bring them into life (Kuo, Smith,
Smith, & Huang, 2016). This week was supportive to for imagination and successfully
implies it in the design thinking process.

Module 5
In this module, I increased my understanding of the design thinking process. I also increased
my knowledge in the context of the fifty phrases that kills the creativity. In this, I also gained
my knowledge in the context of brainstorming that assists to make a reliable decision in the
context of the current situation. In this, I observed many factors like the right people, the right
challenge, right mindset, right empathy, right inspiration, right stimulus, facilitation, and
follow-up. I observed that such factors are essential to collect different opinion towards the
current research matter as it could be imperative to obtain the reliable result in the context of
current research concern. I also gained my understanding about journey mapping that could
be imperative in increasing the understanding about the consumer needs. It could also be
imperative in collecting the feasible result (Kuo, Smith, Smith, & Huang, 2016). Moreover, I
also observed that there are certain steps that are involved in the journey map like section of
the consumers; graphically represent the views of the consumers with respect to their needs
and requirements, determine the small number of the consumers, conduct interview,
determination of themes, study than emes, selection of two relevant dimensions, position
interviews on the matrix, and map each individuate l journey. In addition, I also analyzed that
job mapping that could be imperative in the accomplishment of the desired goal in the least
time and cost. In this week, I gained my understanding of different methods that could be
imperative in the writing of the reflection. In this week, I observed how we would effectively
apply the design pra process (Benson & Dresdow, 2014).
Module 6
Through this module, I enhanced my understanding with respect to adding value the as it
could be effective in offering the added value in the business process. I increased my
understanding of generic value wherein two imperative in certain activities such as primary
and secondary acts. Furthermore, I analyzed that primary acts of the supply chain could

consider different components like outbound logistics, inbound logistics, sales, services,
outbound, a marketing and operation (Carlgren, 2013). It could be suitable with the getting
reliable and valid outcome. I also observed that the supply chain could involve many
components like technology development, human resources management, procurement, and
the firm infrastructure. I gained about certain factors that could be effective in Mindmap
developing. Moreover, I also gained my understanding of value chain analysis strategies as it
could be effective to make a reliable decision (Glen, Suciu, & Baughn, 2014).
Module 7
This module was imperative for the accomplishment of specified goal in the least time and
cost by gaining the understanding in the context research tools. In this week, my tutor taught
us about certain tools that could be imperative to effectively operate the research and get
feasible research outcomes like research approaches, data types, data sources, and ethics. I
gained my understanding about the ethical issue that could also be imperative in conducting
suitable behavior at the working place (Johansson‐Sköldberg, Woodilla, & Çetinkaya, 2013).
In this module, I also increased my understanding of qualitative and quantitative Approaches
that would support to factual and non-numeric data about the research issue. Herein, primary
data collection tool is effective for collecting first-hand information about research issue. It is
also evaluated that there are certain sources that could be imperative in collecting information
like questionnaire survey, interviews, observations, focus groups, documents, videos,
websites, statistics, and reports. In addition, it is also examined that the survey through
questionnaire technique involved two kinds of sources like an interview and unstructured
interview method. I increased my understanding of panel discussion and Delphic model that
could assist an individual to obtain the higher result (Kangas, Seitamaa-Hakkarainen, &
Hakkarainen, 2013). The observation method is significant for getting direct responses of the
researcher with respect to the current research matter. Moreover, I gained my understanding

about certain sources dairy, book, journals, company sites, and organization. Moreover, I
gained my understanding about ethical issues that could decline the productivity of the
organization. Furthermore, I gained my understanding in the context of ethics. Ethics consists
of conducting suitable method in an appropriate behavior at the working place. I also
analyzed that planning could be effective for the ethical research. There are certain steps that
could be considered in the ethical research plan like identification of the research develop
research design, field work, and collected data, prepare report/presentation of research,
recommendations for problems (Kim & Ryu, 2014). Furthermore, I gained my understanding
of creation components that could be imperative in the accomplishment of organizational
task. I also increased my understanding in the context of the interview tips that leads to meet
desired objectives. I gained my knowledge about the co-creation principles that could be
effective to maintain the consumer value (Tarone, Gass, and Cohen, 2013)
Module 8
This week was imperative for increasing the knowledge about the innovation launching about
many approaches as it could be imperative in the launching innovation. I created my
knowledge in the context of the launch readiness in which two components are considered
like launch readiness content and planning purpose. Herein, I gathered many feedbacks with
respect to prototype and storyboard. Feedback could be effective for getting a higher
outcome. In addition, I observed that launching planning could consider certain components
like products and services goal, development hypothesis, financial need, and design process
(Vurdien, 2013). Apart forms this, I also observed that this week was imperative as it leads
to getting feedback that leads to improve my weakness in the least time and get a reliable
result. Moreover, I also observed that the feedback on any activity support to refine skills and
obtain a reliable result.

Module 9
Under this week, I gained my understanding about many components that could be
imperative in the accomplishment of organizational tasks like competitor analysis, marketing,
target market, and design communication. In this, I also enhanced my understanding in the
context of three imperative factors like learning launch and real launch as it could be
imperative in the design thinking process (Ioannidis, et al., 2014). It is also evaluated that
learning launch plan could be imperative in the accomplishment of the specified task. Under
this module, I also understood that an individual would make planning for accomplishing
their desire goals like time, tools, and resources required. An individual would make a rough
plan before launching any products and services as it would lead an individual to make higher
competitive benefits.
Module 10
This week was supportive for gaining the understanding about the entrepreneurial design as
we as fundraising campaigns. I observed that finance sources could be effective for
effectively operating the business process as it would be supportive for entrepreneurial
endeavors and innovation. In addition to this, I also observed that fundraising campaigns
could be practiced to perform creation acts (Khan, 2014). Moreover, I observed that
organization would also be capable to certain activities and obtain higher benefits by making
a plan as it could be associated with the time-frame, recommendation, finance role, upcoming
plan, and resources needed.
Module 11
In module 11, my tutor suggests us how we give any presentation. Herein, I improved my
presentation skills and obtain positive responses. This week was also imperative for to make
a presentation in the front of a huge number of consumers. In this week, I obtained many
positive and negative comments of classmates that were also significant to improve my skills

and get a reliable result. Moreover, I observed that many things from my classmates during
the presentation (Ko, 2013).
Module 12
This was the last modules that gain my understanding in the context of many areas as it could
be related to the possibility of design success in the upcoming period. It is also examined that
the design thinking valuation was effective to make a reliable decision in the context of
Design. In this week, I improved my personal and professional skills that lead to getting a
realistic decision. I practiced the SWOT analysis technique to examine my personality and
obtain a reliable outcome. For improving my identifying weakness that is collected by the
SWOT analysis, an individual could use the action plan for importing their action plan in the
least time and cost (Reybold, Lammert & Stribling, 2013).
Along with that, I also make an action plan to eliminate my weakness and get a reliable
outcome.
