In the second week of July, workshop was held. It consisted the
content which helped me broadening the knowledge on design
thinking processes. I have written a reflection below on the details
provided in workshop.

Thoughts and Feelings DURING the activity:
In the activity story, which states the Blackberry downfall in the market. I felt that it is very
important to take the right decisions at right time so that the business can be saved from being
collapsed which has happened in the case of Blackberry. I was very excited during the workshop
as it helped me in achieving knowledge on how the business can be saved from the downfall and
how the marketing strategies are necessary to keep up with other competitors in the market. In
the whole activity, I learnt many new ways of managing problems and complexities in the
businesses and the approaches that should be dealt during that time.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
After the activity, I felt that the decisions taken at right time help in flourishing the business. This
workshop helped me developing my strategic thinking as I was thinking about what decisions
Blackberry could have taken so that today they would have been successful in the competitive
market.
